After an hour of waiting, the lecturer didn't show up. Half of the class have already gone home. We decide to call Sade to come and pick us up. 20 minutes later my phone buzzes. "Sade is here" I say and we leave the hall. Inside Sade's car are Tola and Yetunde. Both of them are Sade's friends. Tola doesn’t like me and she doesn't hide it and I don't like her either, I don't send her at all. If you like me you are welcome, if you don't like me then you can go to hell for all I care.

          When we get inside the car, we greet both of them. Yetunde answers nicely but Tola hisses at us and I roll my eyes at her. 

        "How are you both doing, thanks for honoring my invitation on my birthday," Sade says.

       "Oh  you don't need to mention that, thanks to you we met the celebrities and we enjoyed ourselves at the VIP section". Yemi says.

        "  She smiles and says you guys are my friends so you deserve it, where should we go"? Sade asks. I notice her smile is not as genuine as it used to be.      

            We arrive at Atlat milk and honey. They all order food but I order only viju milk. Sade asks me why I don't order food, I lie that I don't have appetites but the truth is, I am not comfortable eating in public. I prefer taking it away but I don't want to be more demanding . If not because of anything, it is because of that girl called Tola. She likes picking on everything I do, so I don't want to stoop so low and give her reasons to abuse me. 

            While we are in the restaurant, I notice the way Sade is looking at me, she isn't as excited as she used to be and she is eating as if she doesn't have appetites. 

        "Sade, are you okay? Or don't you like the food"? I ask.

        "  Yes, I am fine and the food is okay. Today's practice was hectic so I am a little bit tired". Sade answers with a smile and Tola rolls her eyes at me. “What's wrong with this one?” I think to myself as I continue sipping my milk. I don't have her time so I don't mind her. 

         "Some people will be acting all innocent and religious but they are perfect at seducing people's boyfriends. I don't know how they manage to hide their true identity under a long skirt and long top. I hate pretentious people the most in my life". Tola faces me and she continues, I mean if you are street be street why acting like you are better than us. seducing someone's boyfriend behind their back is uncalled for.” Tola says angrily and I almost choke on my drink.

         "Tola! What's wrong with you, must you say everything? You are so impatient.” Sade says with a straight face. 

        "What do you mean, was that pretentious person supposed to be me?” I ask Tola and she looks away. I face Sade and I ask her what Tola meant by what she just said because I know she was referring to me. And I don't seem to understand. Why am I pretentious? I don't think I did anything to deserve that adjective.

       "Don't mind her, you know how she can be". Sade says as she blinks her eyes continuously. I know right away that she is lying. I stand up and I tell Yemi to meet me outside. On my way out I hear Yemi's voice. She is Probably asking them why Tola said that to me. Yetunde mentions Fresho but I don't hear what Yetunde says next. 

      I wait outside for Yemi, I am so angry. " Did I seduce anyone? Hell no. Tola doesn't like me and she normally rolls her eyes at me anytime she gets the chance to, but she never said that kind of thing to me before, which means there is something going on. And why did Yetunde mention Fresho on this matter? I need to ask Yemi. Is Tola referring to Fresho? Did she mean that I seduced Fresho? And why is Sade acting like that around me, like she is not comfortable and all. What on earth is going on?

         It is true I like him. Well maybe I love him but that was even before I met him at all. I need to wrap up my feelings for him sooner because I don't want to be entangled in any love triangle.

       My phone rings twice but I don't answer it. The caller is Fresho and I don't want to pick it. Why is he calling me continuously like we are in a relationship? What kind of nonsense game is that? I will tell him to stay away from me.  I'm sure Tola's statement has something to do with him.      

        Few minutes later, Yemi came out of the restaurant and I walked to her. "What did Sade say and what did  she mean by me seducing people's boyfriends?

      "I don't know the details but I am sure it is about Fresho. Yetunde wanted to explain, she mentioned Fresho's name but Sade shut her up before she could finish what she was saying". Yemi says and I frown. I thought as much too. 

  "Let's go." I say to Yemi.

          As we are about to cross the road to the other side of the restaurant to wait for a bike, a black range rover SUV  packs in front of us and I recognize the car  immediately. It is Fresho's.
