Hello there,

So it took slightly longer than I anticipated, but the second chapter of Waves is here, and it is called The Ritual.

I will be posting one page a day, until the end of the chapter, which is six pages long. I hope you enjoy it ^_^

I actually coloured this page twice xD. This is because first I was testing an alternative way of colouring, but decided not to go with it, as it turned out too busy and I felt it would distract from the story.

Anyway, as you can see, Zerya wakes up and is pretty perplexed by what she sees. But then, wouldn't you be, if you woke up as a mermaid? ;)

Last but not least, just to reiterate, I will have to continue putting mature content filter on most of the pages of this webcomic due to outdated and unfair societal norms around female nipples, but please rest assured Waves is suitable for people of all ages.

I hope that over the winter Waves will start being hosted on a website of its own, and there it will be freely available to everyone with no filters. Maybe over time it will contribute towards normalising female nipples in our cultures, and we will be that bit more free. Here is to hope!
