The next day in the morning, Opal and Dyx met up with the girls early in the morning in the school library. “What the fuck happened to you, Braids!?” Korra asked shocked while looking at the bruises he had on his face and the few scratches that were noticeable on his open shirt “I had a fight with Opal” Dyx responded as he pulled out a chair and sat down. “What did you do this time?” Asami asked. “He dropped Opal on the couch aggressively” Kuvira said before Dyx could even respond “Oh ho-ho, Opal beat the fuck out of you” Korra said laughing a bit and Asami smacked her arm “Sorry” She apologized while rubbing her arm holding her laughter. “Why you didn’t fought back though?” The raven girl asked. “It was a fight between an airbender and a waterbender, I didn’t had any source of water near me” Dyx said in response “She didn’t suffocated me cause the holy spirts had mercy on me” He added. “I’m still mad at you!” Opal said clearly pissed off. “C’mon, O, I was just playin’ with you” The blonde guy said trying to calm her down “You didn’t had to get all mad with me like that” He commented. “‘Xerus is kinda right” Kuvira added and the tan skin girl let out a sigh. “I might have overreacted, but that drop still hurt you know” The tan skin girl pointed out. “Why you scratched by the way?” Korra asked out of the sudden. “That was from a fight we had this morning” Dyx responded. “Geez, you really are a masochist” The dark skin girl commented.

“The scratches were an accident though” Opal mentioned. “How so?” Asami asked. “When I tried to reach my coffee mug, that our dear blondie took from me, I accidentally scratched his chest” Opal responded. “Ooooh, okay” The three girl said at the same time. “I mean, she scratched other parts of my body but not in a fight” Dyx said with a grin as Opal eyes widen. “Dyx!” Opal smacked his shoulder after the sudden comment. “I knew you two had something!” Korra said punching the table afterwards. “Behave yourselves or I’ll kick you all out!” The librarian said irritated by all the noise they were making. “Yes ma’am!” They all said at the same time while Korra and Dyx were holding their laughter. Opal covered her face in embarrassment after the sudden comment of the blonde guy. “Did you two did something yesterday that we should know about or what?” Korra asked quite curious. “Besides getting my as beaten by O, nothing else happened” Dyx said in response. “Then why she reacted like that?” Kuvira asked. “And how you want her to react after such comment?” Asami asked Kuvira in return. “A has a point” Dyx pointed out. “You’re right” Kuvira said agreeing with Dyx

Lunch Break

“Have you decided what are you gonna do now?” Kuvira asked. “What you mean, ‘Vira?” Dyx asked in return. “You haven’t told us what you were gonna do after you got expelled of the Basketball Team” Kuvira responded. “Oh! I still don’t know yet” The blonde guy said leaning back on his chair. “Why don’t you join the Volleyball team?” Korra suggested “You’re pretty good at it” She added. “Volleyball won’t be a thing that I’ll do during my whole scholar year” Dyx said in response. “Cheerleading?” Kuvira suggested as well. “Imagine Dyx in the cheerleader team” Korra said holding her laughter. “Make fun of me one more time and I’ll make sure that you don’t see the sun again” Dyx growled . “Enough you two” Asami said sternly and both Korra and Dyx remained silence. “You still haven’t said anything about Kuvira’s suggestion” Opal said keeping the track of conversation. “Look, I appreciate your concern but my head is somewhere else and I can’t think of that right now” Dyx stated “I might consider doing some extracurricular activities in the future but right now, I don’t have brain for that” He added. “We get that Braids, don’t worry about it” Korra said waving her hand a bit.

During Class

It had passed half an hour of math class and Dyx had fell asleep. He was good in math though, but that class always bored him out. Korra was sitting behind him and had lifted his shirt while he was asleep and began to write on his back with a sharpie. Kuvira was on the other row of seats next to Korra and Dyx and looked at the dark skin girl writing on the blonde guy’s back. “The fuck are you doing?” Kuvira asked whispering. “Something” Korra responded with a giggle. “Well, whatever you’re doing you better stop it now before the teacher sees you” Kuvira said turning back to writing on her notebook. “Relax, the teacher is too busy working on the laptop that won’t notice what I’m doing to Braids” The dark skin girl assured. After writing/doodling on Dyx’s back, she fixed his shirt while holding her laughter.

After Class

Kuvira smacked the back of the blonde guy’s head to wake him up as the class was dismissed a few minutes ago but he was asleep when the teacher announced it. Since the science didn’t came that day, they had a free hour. “You fell asleep in class again, didn’t you?” Opal asked noticing the bit of tiredness that remained on thee blonde guy’s face. “I would be lying if I said no when there’s some obvious evidence on my face” Dyx responded motioning his hand around his face “That teacher is a slow talker, you know that slow talkers bore me out in all aspects” He added. “I don’t blame you, Dyxie” Opal simply commented. “He also sucks at explaining the problems” Korra mentioned. “Agreed” Kuvira added. Asami was about to make a sneak attack on Dyx when she notice a few ink stains on his back. “What you have here?” Asami asked as she pulled up the back of his shirt. “Hey! The fuck is this all about, A!?” Dyx say startled at the raven girl’s sudden action. “ “Beifong’s property”? Okay, who the fuck wrote this?” Asami said in a serious tone. “Couldn’t they be more creative?” The blonde guy said sarcastically. “Don’t look at me, I don’t sit behind ‘Xerus in math class” Kuvira quickly said. “You fucking snitch” Korra growled. “You know that could be used out of context” Opal commented. “That’s the point” The dark skin girl confirmed. “Oh for spirits sake, K!” Dyx complained and the girls held their laughter when they saw Lin walking their way. Lin walk past them and saw what was written in the blonde guy’s back “You better hope that’s not permanent” Lin said as she walked away. After Lin left, the girls started laughing and Dyx blushed in embarrassment. “I fucking hate y’all” Dyx mumbled as he hid his face on his backpack
