Love the art, but as others have said, the story is a bit confusing? The non-Nazi uniforms are from something called "secure entertain protect", which has its own web site but no additional answers or info? And the Persian bird (named Nacai Miwa) is the specimen #043 in question on the ship and the SEP lady is viewing her memories in an attempt to find a treatment that will cure the bird of something? Best I can piece together. We'll have to see how this unfolds!
