The events pick up where The Sleeping Sailor encounters the girls. Aya and Ania are still in disbelief of what they stumbled upon beyond the glass exhibit this time, and their determination to continue the help allows for their London train to begin departure with only Maria on board. The events escalate so much in Portsmouth leaving Maria frustrated and Aya & Ania under so much pressure while trying to plan every move to avoid authorities.
In New York the UoN secretary general joins his colleagues including Gabrielle who wanted to have a meal with Maeker alone.
