It must be because of the pain in my eyes.

If only I could have used the power of directions. In one of the hallways, there were Jiaos restricted with black magic.

So the Jiaos were held captive too..

 I thought.

But then one of the Jiaos roared as they felt I was the enemy here.

I heard footsteps coming in our direction. I quickly cast invisible magic to hide.

BRADLEY'S P.O.V

Something touched and triggered the barrier of the castle. I could tell that it was the presence of Zephyr. I quickly dissolved the barrier.

After a few minutes, he came into the room.

"You are late,'' I said.

"I ran into some rats on my way," he said.

"Sincera rats?"

"Yes, and it turned into a battle there. They have become awfully strong. I think they must be here because of her?" he said.

"I don't think we can afford to waste any more time." I said. I was alarmed by the report he gave me."I have her in my possession.”

"Tatiana's chosen one!?" his eyes widened.

"Yes," I said with a smirk. But then I noticed that I couldn't sense her presence.

So she tried to escape. Too bad I had too many traps. I had cast a barrier around the castle. Even if she managed to escape, sooner or later she will have to return to me.

"Bradley?" Zephyr prompted.

"Oh yes. I'll be out for a while. I remember I have to do something." I said and left the room.
