Erik is dumb lol
now i realize, should i put on "mature content" all the chapters? because of mental health, violence, blood, etc thing
The scene in the bathroom is *chef kiss* damn good! Well all the panels with some blood in them, idk if it's a metaphore but it works so well! Like, I believe it's Hessel as a child drawn with the nazi mark, it's simple but it's beautiful (for the story of course >^<)
Finding each other on the other side of the table after years of friendship in the past isn't easy.
A British soldier and a German-Jewish man who gives up his identity try to keep hope alive overcome the horrors of war being there for each other, interchanging secret letters and trying to survive in a world that won't understand them.
(CONTENT WARNING: Nazis, segregation, homophobia, conversion therapy, religious trauma, holocaust, SA, war, blood)
