god your depiction of his depression is SO good. like, of course he's gonna dump all his problems on the first person to show him kindness in a WHILE and then regret it IMMEDIATELY afterwards. this is such a good depiction of a downward spiral in such a short span of time.
Our story follows Moe, Springfield's least favorite bartender, who's at the mercy of his depression. After saving the life of a newcomer named Riley, he discovers that he's not the only one who's unable to let go of a traumatic past.
With Riley's help, he'll try once more to reach his life-long dream of becoming a pro-boxer. Will he finally obtain success and learn to love himself? Or will their monsters prove too much for our pair to handle?
It's The Simpsons mixed with Rocky Balboa and a dash of Hajime No Ippo.
