I wasn’t sure what I’m supposed to do now after hearing Dominic’s opinion but i still had to work with Hayden and Jasmine since we already agreed on that, I knew how I was feeling though.. I was feeling a bit down. I looked at the flowers humming as I looked at the options I was presented with of course Dominic wasn’t with me but I was glad that my mom was I can definitely trust her taste.

“mom what about these ones?” I asked her and she glanced at the flowers in my hand. “oh honey those are a very nice colors they go well together” she said before taking them from me.

I looked at our wedding planner and smiled as she got closer to me. “everything is going as planned.. I just rented the place.. when do you think we can decided on the cake design and flavor” she said and I bit my lips. “I’m worried we won’t find a place to order from since we have 21 days until the wedding” she aid and I nodded.

“tomorrow me and Dominic will go and taste” I told her and she smiled. “that’s wonderful I will send you the address later” she said and I nodded. knowing Dominic I would have to tell him now to fix his schedule.

I walked a little further from the place and called him. After a few second he answered. “what is it?” he asked. “I just wanted to let you know that we have to do some cake testing tomorrow” I said and he huffed. “you can do it by yourself I trust your taste Angel” he said and I blushed a little.

“please Dominic.. all couples do that together” I said whining and he sighed. “okay fine.. we have to go in the morning though” he said and I squealed. “okay yeah.. thank you” I said and he chuckled. “no problem” he said before hanging up and I heard my mom clear her throat.

I looked at her and she gave me a little teasing smile. “you have him wrapped around your fingers” she said and I giggled. Oh I wish. “something like that” I said lying to her. “oh don’t forget to choose your suit” she said and I nodded. another thing I’m going to do with Dominic.

I walked inside the house and stretched as I saw Dominic and Hayden talking and looking at something on the laptop. Hayden looked at me and smiled. “how is the wedding preparation going?” he asked me and I smiled. “really good.. we rented the place and choose some of the decoration.. the rest will be on our wedding planner to handle.. we have to choose the cake and our suits” I said and sat down next to him. I yawned and snuggled against Hayden’s shoulder.

“okay snuggle with your fiancé” he said picking me up and placing me on Dominic’s lap. “I will leave you fake love birds alone” he said and Dominic snorted. “and where are you going?” I asked him and he put on his jacket. “uhh… on a date” he said and I frowned.

“I hope you have fun” I said and he ruffled my hair. he nodded and left I was about to get up from Dominic’s lap but both of his arms were locking me as he typed something on the laptop. “I need to get up Dominic” I said and he tutted. “ask again in a couple of minutes” he said and I whined.

I bounced on his lap and tried to push his arms away. he groaned and grabbed my waist. “okay stop” he said and I did making him sigh. “do you have any idea what flavor do you want for the cake?” he asked me and I shook my head. “I can tell you will have a lot of fun eating all those cakes tomorrow” he said and I giggled.

He let me go and I sat next to him. “we need to go on a few dates before the wedding” I said and he closed his laptop. “uh for the image huh? I got me a smart wife.. my dad would love it if he saw us on the media” he said and I rolled my eyes.

“yes my family too” I said and he hummed. “okay then.. tonight we are going on a date.. you have..” he said then checked the time on his phone. “2 hours to get ready for our date” he said and I gasped.

“I have to choose our outfits and.. where are we going?” I asked him looking at him. “why do you have to choose my outfit?” he asked scoffing. “well I wanna choose it so..” I raised my eyebrows.

“nothing fancy” he said and I nodded getting up. “don’t forget to prepare for it in these two hours” I said and walked to his room. I left the door open and looked through his closet. I hummed as I grabbed what I thought would look good on him.

This was our first date and people will look at us since we will take pictures. I grabbed his outfit and put it on his bed. I walked out going to my room and he looked at me as I passed him. “you are way excited for this” he mumbled and I turned around looking at him.

“I have a lot of expectations” I said and he pressed his lips together. “I won’t expect less from a Garcia..” he said and I smirked at him. “well I deserve the best” I said. “of course princess” he said.

I shoot him a subtle glare. “good boy” I said and he grabbed my arm pushing me against the wall. “I know you won’t embarrass me in front of people but don’t test my limit.. we will have a nice time out.. you will behave and listen to me” he said sternly and I gulped.

I nodded and he tutted tapping on my lips. “talk” he ordered me. “I will.. only because I want this to be perfect” I said and he hummed. “me too” he said.

When I was done getting ready I fixed my hair and looked at my outfit. This wasn’t fancy or very formal. I just hope it is suitable to wherever we were going. I made sure to put my ring on before walking out of the room.

“so this isn’t fancy to you?” he asked me as I walked into the leaving room seeing him in the outfit I choose for him. the jacket was next to him and I have to admit that I made him look sexy.

His muscles looked big in the black turtle neck he was wearing. He stood up and walked closer to me. he brushed his thumb on the corner of my mouth chuckling. “you were drooling” he said smugly and I blushed. “I was not” I said feeling a bit embarrassed.

He looked at my outfit and nodded his head. “I have to give it to you.. Samantha was right you have good taste.. I might let you help me with my suit” he said and I blushed more. Was this the first time he complimented me? a genuine complement.

“thank you.. you look good” I said smiling and he walked away putting his jacket on. He sat down and patted his thigh. “let’s take those damn pictures” he said and I sat on his lap. I took a couple of pictures then posted them.

When I got up he stood behind me and kissed my cheek taking a picture of us then posted it. we walked out and got inside his car. he started driving then turned on the radio. ‘now with the biggest hits of this month starting with Angel’s song featuring Hayden.. the new singer hit the records with his first song’ I heard the guy say making me gasp.

It has only been a few days. ‘people were amazed by the collab but damn that song is on my mind most of the day.. people got high expectations for Angel but so far there was no announcement for new songs or any interviews from him’ another guy said and I bit my lips.

‘well.. what do you expect Angel is getting married soon to Dominic Ricard.. breaking a lot of hearts already but we all witnessed the romantic proposal after keeping the relationship hidden for a long time’ the first guy said.

‘yeah that wasn’t expected from Mr. Ricard.. so I guess that deny the rumors about him.. back to our topic Angel my new celebrity crush’ the guy said and I giggled.

“yes” Dominic said and I shook my head. I was happy that people liked my song that put me In a better mood. “they are right though.. we have to schedule an interview for you soon” he said and I whined.

My song started playing and I squealed. This is the first time I hear it on the radio. “I didn’t know I would feel like this.. thank you Dominic” I said and he nodded. “I know you didn’t like it very much but still you helped me and I hope the next song will be to your liking” I said and he cleared his throat.

“uh.. you did good based on what Hayden said and all the other people” he said and I blushed. “why are you being nice to me today?” I asked him. “the fuck Angel.. we are going on a date and I promised Hayden to be nicer so..” he Answered and I sighed.

I switched the radio and he popped his head with the beat. I tried to focus on what kind of songs he likes. it was definitely something that can make you want to dance. The rest of the drive was quite since he connected the phone to the radio and played his playlist.

We parked in front of a restaurant and I smiled. I looked at him and nodded. “I love this place” I said and he nodded. “I figured” he said then he got out of the car. he opened the door for me and we held hands as we walked inside.

The receptionist smiled as we stood in front of the counter. “good evening” she said and Dominic nodded. “good evening, we have a reservation for Ricard” he said and she nodded clicking something on the keyboard.

“Emma the private table is here” she said and a tall girl walked closer to us. “this way please” she said and we followed her. we walked inside a room and the table was prepared and decorated with candles and roses.

Dominic pulled my chair for me and pushed it in when I sat down. he sat in front of me and I smiled. I was happy that he actually put effort in doing something romantic for us. “we prepared everything the way you asked for Mr. Ricard I hope it is to your liking” the girl said and he nodded.

“it’s perfect thank you” I said to Dominic and he smiled and reached for my hand then he rubbed his thumb on my knuckles. “sorry we didn’t reserve earlier” he said and the girl shook her head. “it was fun to prepare everything and if it’s okay can we take a picture” she said as she pulled her phone out.

“go ahead” I said and she smiled taking a few pictures. “I will tag you” she said before giving us two tablets. “the owner got a special wine for you tonight would you like to have it or order something else?” she asked us. “we would love to try it” he said.

“take your time looking at the menus.. I will be back in a second” she said and left us alone. As soon as she closed the door Dominic sighed and rubbed his forehead. “is it hard for you to be decent and nice?” I asked him and he nodded. I shook my head and scrolled through the menu.

When we ordered our food she left the room again and I grabbed my glass. I took a sip from it and hummed at the sweet taste. I looked at Dominic and saw him pour a second glass for himself. I giggled and he glanced at me.

“slow down Dominic” I said and he didn’t respond to me. soft music started playing and I pressed my hand to my mouth and looked at Dominic. He blushed and I let out a loud giggle. “fuck you Angel” he said grumbling. I stood up walking to him. “I’m sorry it just surprised me.. it’s cute though and I’m glad you tried.. I really appreciate it” I said and kissed his cheek.

Two waitresses walked inside and I blushed pulling away from Dominic who was smirking now. I sat down as they put the food on the table and I bit my lips. When they left we started eating quietly.

I put my glass down and grabbed my fork again. “are you enjoying your time?” Dominic asked me and I smiled. “yeah.. this is beautiful and you already know I like this place.. I know you had things to do but I’m glad you still made time for us..” I said then looked up at him seeing him recording me on his phone.

“thank you..” I said blushing. “anything for you sweetheart.. I love you” he said softly. “I love you too” I said and he put the phone down. “this is perfect to post” he said and I looked down again.

“tell me before next time” I said feeling a little annoyed then poured more wine for myself. “woah.. there is no need for this attitude Angel.. I just wanted it to be more genuine and I know how you like affection and this romantic shit so I knew you will say something sappy” he said and I pressed my lips together. “sorry.. can we get to know each other?” I asked him and he looked at me then nodded slowly. “this is a date after all” he said and I smiled.

I know the love word bothered me but as long as he is trying to have a decent relationship with me I will too. we talked about our childhood and what we liked, argued a little on stupid things but it was better than what I expected. When we finished our dinner. I drank four glasses and Dominic only had three since he was driving.

We walked inside the house and I was feeling a little tipsy. He sat down and I pouted. “I really wanted to eat a cake Dominic” I said and he sighed. “you will eat tomorrow that’s why I didn’t let you eat tonight.. just wait okay?” he said and I crossed my arms huffing.

“can I have my phone back?” I asked him and he raised his eyebrows as he put the phones next to him. “are you going to order any cakes like you were going to in the car?” he asked and I shook my head.

He gave me my phone and I smiled. “so when are you having your bachelor party? mine is tomorrow” he said and I hummed. “mine is after tomorrow” I said to him and he raised his eyebrows. “and what are you going to do?” he asked snorting. “it’s going to be a better party than yours” I said to him. I will make sure to have a fun party even he will be jealous. Definitely nothing he will expect.

He was supposed to tell me so I can plan mine as well but I guess I will have to make it the day after him now. “oh okay.. I will go to work after we choose the cake and suites.. then I will see you the day after” he said and I nodded. “just no more than one” I said and he looked at me confused.

“only have sex with one person or two max” I said and he smirked. “okay deal.. I would say the same for you but I doubt that will happen.. and have an orgy I don’t care” he said and I frowned. I huffed. “I’m going to bed asshole” I said and starting walking away from him. “good night shithead” he said and rushed to my room.

He have to ruin a nice day by saying a loud of unnecessary things like that and show how much he doesn't care about me.
