He was finally able to escape his sweaty muscular grip. Alibek was nevertheless sleeping sound, nonchalant of what happened. He seemed awake for a moment but perhaps fell back asleep. As Joonam approached the metal doors, there was a keypad in which to unlock them.
What’s the fucking password.
Joonam realized that stupid people have easy to guess passwords.
1 2 3 4.
The door unlocked.
“What a fucking retard.”
As Joonam was walking out of Alibek’s chambers, Afet was waiting in the hallway.
“You nasty fuck. I thought you hated him.”
“It’s not what it looks like.”
Afet rolled her eyes.
“Just follow me, fuckboy.”
Joonam was led back to his chambers. Afet reached in a small box she was carrying and pulled out a large needlepoint knife with a sizeable ruby wedged in the side.
“This won’t stop a gun but it can still protect you.”
“Afet, why are you giving this to me?”
“Political stability is low after we declared war,” Afet frowned.
“Just keep it close in case of a revolution or something.”
“Who are we fighting with?”
“The Cossacks.”
