I get this strange feeling that someone hoped that Cleobelle wouldn't succeed with her mission since Mr. Sutherland mentioned it was just pure dumb luck that she was able to capture Xepholen.
He also mentioned that the next mission would require more manpower, and that Cleobelle wasted a lot of her resources, which makes me wonder if Cleobell's group was the only serious one about capturing Xepholen, and if that were the case then what other serious missions could the other groups be doing.
I also get a bad feeling about her majesty like she never wanted Cleobelle to succeed or something, I smell some sort of betrayal possibly brewing.
Cleobella don't tell me you're planning on using Xepholen now too XD
