Dealings with thoughts

This is a record after the few months I was dealing with my depressive episode. Intrusive thoughts can say some horrible things.
The most important thing i learnt was not to ignore it or try to stop yourself thinking about it. The first thing was actually to acknowledge that it is there, and that it is just 'thought' - it's not who we really are. Then accept that I am thinking of it, and let it go.
