These are the yoga techniques that help my anxiety the most. Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing (which can be done all at the same time, if you’re really into it) are all parts of my therapist-mandated treatment for generalized anxiety disorder! I draw! But slowly and carefully so it's more relaxing :) But these yoga poses look really great! Your comment on the child pose making you fall asleep or cry was hilarious, I might need to try that one especially :D
