The bell for second lunch woke me up from my short lived nap. I grab my things and begin walking towards my locker. Caeson has second lunch with me, so she stops at my locker to meet up. I quickly put away my things and grab my lunch. “So do you have anything to spare?” , Caeson asks while looking at my lunch. “Not today I’m afraid, I’m a big man and I need to eat all of my lunch.”, I responded sarcastically. She rolls her eyes as we begin walking to the cafeteria. Lunch passes by quickly and fifth period soon begins. 

Dr. Scott begins class with a brief message, “Today you will be partnered with a classmate, I have chosen your partners and one student will be working alone. Come to my desk to find your partner and your assignment.” Group work is so much fun. After 5 minutes everyone has been sorted and assignments have been given. My partner is a girl named Emily. She's decently popular but she is known to be a person who is easy to work with in group projects. So I'll take what I have gracefully been handed. Our project is on fingerprints and how they are used to identify people in forensic science. I enjoy forensic science so this should be fun. “I can look into how they are used in forensic science, while you can look into how they are identifiable, is that good?”, Emily asks as she starts labeling a paper with our names and project on it.  “Sounds good to me.”, I say while opening my chromebook to start my research. With her as my partner this will be a breeze. Class ends and I make my way to my sixth period, Band. 

Band ends my classes for the day. My 7th period is a free period, I use that time to do my homework in the Library.
