It took a while for Killian to coax his sister to leave the living room without telling their mother about him almost kissing Azra. Azra chose the moment to stay silent, which helped Killian because he might ruin his coaxing.
And after she left, Killian would never admit he laid back on Azra. He was cold; yeah, his reason is that he felt chilly. Killian could see Azra smirking, but he didn't respond, knowing Killian would move away if he did. Instead, Azra wrapped his arms around him, pulling Killian closer.
More minutes in, Killian felt a hand rubbing his stomach, causing him to blush as he grabbed the wandering hand. "What are you doing?" Killian exclaimed.
Azra leaned over, lightly touching his lips against the back of Killian's neck, causing Killian's heart to jump. Azra took a deep sniff, inhaling Killian's scent before scraping his teeth against his throat.
Killian sharply turned around, almost cracking his neck as his face turned redder than before. He even felt overheated, thinking that resting in Azra's arms was a bad idea.
Okay, he should have known it was a bad idea. The alpha did not know how to keep his hands to himself when it came to Killian.
"Hmm, I am only thinking about some things." Azra hummed, aiming a kiss at Killian's cheek as he pulled his hand back from the distracted alpha.
Killian moved his head away after the kiss, his red face not going down at all. "Azra, are you trying to get kicked from my house?"
"Didn't you come to my arms without any complaints? You know how much I love being all over you." Azra smirked towards the end as he emphasized the word "love."
Feeling his beating heart moving faster at the emphasized word, Killian slapped his hand on Azra's mouth. "Shut up; you talk too much." My heart cannot take any more if he keeps talking.
Then, Killian felt a wet tongue running along the palm of his hand, causing Killian to pull his hand back in disgust. "Azra!" He scolded. And before Azra could say anything, they heard the front door opening and closing, followed by a rough, deep voice.
"Killian, your father is home!" Killian's father announced as he entered the home.
Killian quickly pushed Azra away as he stood up. His father walked more into the house, making his way towards the living room as he entered.
Once he entered the room, he dropped his bag before jogging towards Killian and pulling him in his arms. He held Killian tight as he smiled, "Did you miss me, Killian?"
Killian wanted to push his father away because it was embarrassing with Azra there witnessing the scene, but he knew he couldn't. His father did this all the time once he came home, so Killian hugged him back as he softly muttered with a red face, "I missed you, father. Welcome back."
His father smiled brightly, kissing Killian's head before glancing towards the couch, noticing the other boy. His eyes narrowed as his aura changed to an intimidating one. "Are you the one who knocked my son up?"
Killian coughed, "Dad, don't say it like that."
"How else am I supposed to say it?" His father quickly questioned, not seeing the problem.
Azra stood up, slightly bowing before saying, "Hello, sir, my name is Azra. And I am the one who knocked up your son. I apologize for not practicing safe sex, but I swear to take responsibility. I want to be there with Killian every step of the way and more."
Killian's father looked Azra up and down without saying a word for a few seconds. Killian held his breath not from Azra's honest words (which were very blunt) but from his father's tight hold on him. His father was close to cutting off his air with his bear hug.
"Dad, please, I cannot breathe."
His father quickly loosened his hold as his intimidating aura turned into a sorry one. "Ah, I am sorry, son." Then he turned back to Azra, "Well, at least you know what needs to be done. I still have a problem with my son being pregnant while young, but I know it takes two to tangle. Next time, please practice safe sex."
Killian covered his face, wanting to cry from his father's words. He wished he could say there won't be a next time, but as his mother also guessed, there will be. Honestly, the lines blurred with next time since it kept going on and on.
Azra held from looking at Killian with a smirk as he nodded his head, "I promise."
Then, Killian's older sister walked into the living room with a juice box in her hand. "Mom says it is time for dinner."
Killian's father finally let Killian go as he ran to his other child, getting ready to hug her, but she moved out the way, letting her father hit the ground. "Dad, I told you I don't want any more hugs."
His father cried fake tears as he stood up, looking at his daughter, "Why not? Didn't you miss me?"
Funny enough, every time his father leaves for a while and comes back, he always acts this way. Killian learned to take the hugs while his older sister ran from them, and lastly, his little sister made excuses not to receive any.
His older sister looked at their father with a deadpan expression before saying once more, "Dinner is ready, so let's go." Then she walked off.
Killian cleared his throat as he went after his sister, not wanting to delay long. Once his mother says dinner is ready, it means to make it to the table immediately. Azra followed him as Killian's father watched them go, shaking his head as he muttered, "Where is the love?"
As they entered the dining area, Killian took his regular seat while Azra sat next to him.
Killian's mother was already sitting at the table with his older sister on the left side of her. And the table was set with food already resting on it. Sometimes when his mother was busy, they would get a cook to make the food. The cook was like a phantom—the person moved fast, and they barely got to see him.
Lastly, as the father entered the area, taking his seat, his mother started, "Azra, we would like to welcome you to our family since we will be seeing more of you."
Welcome to the family? Did I get married? Killian internally choked.
