Introducing herself as Kacey, Avery and Alex's new friend helps them escape the soldiers with her quasar ability.
Hiding out in her abandoned home in the subway terminal for the night, they test the possibilities of Alex having memory powers, but can't make it work. After both Avery and Kacey decide to come with Alex and help her, they plan to contact Lev De Leon, the famous billionaire quasar.
However, when they can't get through to them on the payphone, they end up blocked between the fallout zone 1 wall, a demon, and armed soldiers.
As Alex tries to protect her friends, she is launched into both sweet and disturbing visions. The soldiers begin firing on them, distracting the demon and shooting Kacey in the leg. Avery covers them while Kacey helps Alex out of there, and they just manage to escape.
