Now Sternich is among the 10 strongest in all of the seven circles,Sternich is the boss of hells banks he is well known for his wealth and power. When he was 8 his parents died he was determined to take his parents place when he reached the age of 12 he took there job as a guard and climbed the ranks and he became the ruler of the bank. To get the place of  ruler you must beat the previous ruler but before that you must beat your co-workers, manager and anyone of higher authority to you.
