Back in the 950s, a monster named Vladimir slaughtered and destroyed everything he came across, until Eredin, the strongest magician alive, arrived on the battlefield and confronted him. Vladimir can only be stopped by putting him in a coma and tossing him onto the old tree island. A goblin on the island witnessed Vladimir crashing into the island like a meteor. It was Eredin's sole option to halt Vladimir, and He predicted that if Easter Island sunk, Vladimir would awaken. The enchantment would only be broken then.
In the 1250s, a small kid named Jack, with short brown hair and brown eyes and a perpetual smile, When Jack was playing alone in the yard one day, he was singing a section of a song his mother used to sing to him, Let's stand up and touch the sky, and dance together, when his father, Morgan, approached him, handed him his scarf, and said, "I'm sorry for what I've done to you, Jack."
The scarf was black and white with red and white stars on it. Jack had no idea why his father was sobbing.
“Dad? But why are you crying over your scarf?" Jack stated.
"You're still young Jack, you won't understand the obligations that I'm in, and I gave it to you to remember me to remember your father who would do whatever to protect you from the evil side, and I will say it to you again someday," Morgan stated.
After a few days, Morgan was sitting in the living room when Jack entered and asked, "Hey, dad?"
"Yeah?" Morgan said.
"How come you have a gun?" Jack inquired.
"You got into my staff?" Morgan asked.
"It's just odd, you know, you're the last person anyone would anticipate to carry a gun," Jack added.
"Well, that's why I store it here where it's secure," Morgan explained.
"That doesn't make any logic," Jack responded. "What's the point of having it if you're not going to use it?"
"You know I really don't want to talk about this with you Jack," Morgan remarked.
"OK, okay," Jack answered, "I respect it."
"Thank you," Morgan said.
"Please tell me why you have it," Jack asked.
"I said I don't want to talk about it," Morgan explained.
"But I want to know," Jack responded. "Just tell me, come on."
"No!" said Morgan.
"Come on, please," Jack begged.
"I keep it in case I ever want to commit suicide, okay?" Morgan explained.
"Wow...," Jack said. Oh my goodness, you're serious. "However, father?"
"You wouldn't realise you're just a child," Morgan remarked.
"I could try," Jack responded.
"I don't know, sometimes it's just too much," Morgan said.
"What is it?" Jack inquired.
"Life, everything," Morgan added. "Having the gun here and knowing there's an escape route helps."
"I'm not sure why you're so upset," Jack explained.
"That's enough, Jack," Morgan remarked.
"But dad!" said Jack.
Morgan screamed "Enough! I said!" "Get inside your room!"
Jack hurried to his bedroom, sobbing, and the next day, he and his father packed their belongings and travelled to the beach.
"Come play with me, Dad," Jack invited.
"I'm elderly, my bones will shatter if I move a lot," Morgan explained. "Go play, but don't be too far away."
"Don't worry, dad, I won't be far," Jack said.
After a few seconds of Jack's play, a massive pirate ship arrived on the shore. "Jack!" said Morgan. "Please stay right here." Morgan boarded the ship.
On board were two little children, a boy and a girl, as well as a man with several rings on his hands. Jack was staring at the ship, unsure of what was going on. Morgan gazed at Jack as the tiny kids hugged his father and the man with numerous rings placed his hand on his left shoulder. "Goodbye, Jack," he murmured as he waved goodbye to Jack.
