As Braden pulled Lillith’s face towards him one of the guys walked towards him, “Hey! Boss said to not damage the product until he got here remember?” He grabbed Braden and pulled him away from her, “She’s all his, until he lets us have a meal.”

“One bite won’t hurt, and anyways she could run away like this. What are we gonna do if she does run away? Hmm?” Braden said sliding in front of the guy.

“She won’t leave the boy. Her loyalty to him is what’s workin’ for us right now. Just follow boss’s orders.” The guy said rubbing the back of his head. “You took a suppressant right? We’re all alphas so we can’t be affected while on the job.”

“Yes. I took them right before we grabbed them.” He slithered over to Lillith as he spoke. “But isn’t it a shame to just leave her here, I mean she’s suffering. Shouldn’t we do something to help her.”

“Don’t touch her!” I screamed as I tried to wriggle my arms free. “I’ll kill you if you touch her!”

They all looked over at me grimacing. “Braden. Go ahead. Keep her from running away. But don’t kill her… yet.” The guy said as he walked over to me. “Do you really think you can help her right now. You are lucky we don’t kill you.”

I looked over the guys shoulder to Lil, Braden was getting closer to her. “Get away from me. I will kill you and your boss. I’ll kill all of you fuckers.” Lil could barely get the words out before Braden gnashed out a chunk of her thigh with his mouth. All I could hear was a blood curdling scream coming from Lil’s mouth. I could feel the blood leave my face as I saw the chunk of her thigh drop from Braden’s mouth and hit the forest floor. 

“That’s just a little much Braden.” The guy snarled as he walked away from me and sat down in front of a tree. “Let him go. I want to see what he does… he’s an interesting boy.” As he spoke the guys holding me dropped me on the ground. I instantly scrambled my way to Lil hopeing to help her. “See look at the little guy, see how much he cares. Haha!” He laughed as he spoke.

When I got to her I wrapped her in my arms trying to give her some sense of comfort. It was the first time I saw her cry and at that moment I was crying too. But I had to focus, I let her go for the moment and looked down at her thigh. There was so much blood I froze for a second wondering how I could help. When I felt a hand on my arm and looked over at Lil, her eyes where trying to hold back the tears rolling down her face.

“Use the technique I taught you.” Her voice came out soft but I could hear her holding it back. “Don’t worry about the pain. Stop the bleeding.”

I nodded and looked back down to her thigh and held my hands out to start the healing. As I started, I could hear the men around me laughing and mocking me, and I could hear Lil wincing from the pain as I used a fire blast spell to cauterize her blood vessels. I could feel her wincing and biting back her scream. I knew the pain had to be unbearable. But it had to be done, if she lost to much blood she’d die. After I was sure I had stopped the bleeding I went back to holding Lil with everything I had. 

“Fix yourself…” Lil whispered into my chest.

“What?” I asked looking down at her.

She looked up at me, her eyes shinning silver, “Heal your leg, stop the bleeding. I can’t right now, so you have to. Once you heal yourself, run away. Find Lib and get everyone out of here. Run to the safe house, it's about half a mile from here. Once you get there tell the teachers where I am, the bunny over there will help you find me. She will lead you to Lib then to the safe house. Tell the teachers its a code black. Hurry.”

“I can’t leave you here.” I whispered trying to be as quite as possible.

“Go. Get out of here. I command you as your alpha. You know the rules, quickly. Go into your second form after you heal.” She grunted as she shifted. “And run.”

“Fine.” I dropped my hand to start healing my leg up and watched the guys around us, looking for an opening. I spotted the bunny she was speaking about, it was sitting in between two trees, just far enough from me to slip through. After just a few moments my leg was healed up enough for me to go. I locked eyes with Lil and nodded confirming that I was leaving. I looked around to see if any were watching. Once I recognized that the coast was clear… I ran. I heard some shouts and some people running behind me. I refused to look back. I could feel tears streaming down my face as I ran. After a minute or two the people chasing me stopped. I slowed down and saw the bunny running in front of me, I followed it. I followed behind for only 10 minutes before I got into a clearing seeing Lib. Once I saw him a sense of relief washed over my body.

“Juniper? What are you doing here? Where’s Lil?” He seamed confused. And he walked over to me.

“Hurry we have to go, follow me and the umm,” I was looking around for the bunny, once I saw him I looked over at Lib, “The bunny, we have to hurry, no time for questions, follow me.” At that I started running following the bunny, “Come on!”

Everyone started following behind me, yelling out questions, I ignored them just yelling back 'not now’ every now and then. We seamed to be running forever. I was starting to run out of breath as the bunny was slowing down in front of me. I looked up and saw the safe house coming into view. It was only a few yards away from us. I sped up. When we reached the safe house everyone started back up with their questions. I waved them off, opened the door hurriedly and walked inside. As everyone followed in I looked around, I saw Professor Jayen, next to him I saw Ash and Jayden, then a ton of other guys all around them. The bunny we followed there then hopped over to one of the guys and transformed into a young lady with gray hair, silver eyes, and dark skin. She turned around and nodded to me.

I looked over at Lib then over at Professor Jayen, “Lillith’s in danger, it was Braden, she’s in the middle of the forest, she’s wounded and in heat. We have to hurry and get her back. Braden’s not alone, he’s been harassing Lil since the start of school, inducing her heats and following her around. He’s following some guys orders and theres about six guys with him. The bunny, I mean girl, I mean she can lead you to her. You have to help her. She said it’s a code black” I breathed in, I was shaking. 

“Well then,” Professor Jayen looked down, then over to the Lib, Ash, and the guys around him, “Boys, I guess you can head out, Leafron and Jayden you stay here and tend to the two packs. Juniper, can you lead them to Lillith?” I nodded, “Well alright then, get going.’

“Alright little dude, lead the way.” Said a guy much shorter then me with long black hair, bright yellow eyes, and tan skin.

“Guys can I come?” Lib asked the guys around us.

“Sure, but don’t get in the way Ryinth. Stay out of our path.” Said a man around my height, with Sandy blond hair, dark purple eyes, and a sandy skin tone. “You know she’ll kill us all if we lose her.” He turned back to me, “Let’s go. We don’t want to waste time, right?”

I nodded, turned around and started running towards Lil. I could hear the feet of the guys following behind me. “Second!” I heard a man yell out behind me. I looked over my shoulder to see everyone go into second form all at once, even Lib. We were, getting close so I started slowing down, once we got close enough to be seen or heard I stopped. 

“There they are” Said a man as he walked up beside me, he was taller then me with brown hair, pale skin, and one red and one green eye. “Everyone get down and stay quite. We move in on my signal.” Everyone instantly crouched down and closed in.

When I looked out on the scene unfolding in front of us. I saw Lil exactly where I left her to the right of the small clearing, and Braden and the rest of the guys to the right of us. There was a new one, he was in all black, with dark blue hair and dark skin. He had a big frame and looked terrifying. With everyone being quite I could hear what they were saying.

“So… you’re a mystic? Or a Bare? I’m thinking a mystic since your eye color seams to keep changing. But… you never transform in front of anyone. And the old crow won’t tell me what he found out about you.” He spoke slowly but his voice seamed oddly familiar.

“Why… do you think I’d tell you? I just found out myself and am in a bit of a pickle right now. If you’d of taken me out for coffee or dinner or something, maybe I would of told you. But beggars can’t be choosers.” Lil responded nonchalantly and confidently. 

“Wait… Not yet. She knows we’re here, she’ll give us a sign when she’s ready for us. She’s looking for something.” Said the man beside me.

“What is she looking for that could be more important then saving her life?” I asked whispering.

“The answer as to why they were looking for her, why they went this far just to get her alone and talk.” He responded.

“I guess so huh, princess?” Said the man speaking to Lil, when he said ‘princess’ I recognized his voice.

“It’s the ‘prince’, he’s one of the strongest alphas in the school, we meet him at the alpha meeting.” I said looking at the boy beside me, he nodded at me and looked back at Lil.

“Ohhhh, don’t call me that. It’s only for show, I mean I’ve worked right alongside you for months now. They’ll trace this back to you almost right away. And boy do you have a rude awakening when my brothers find you, ya do know there is about 25 guys ranging from about 16 to oh I don’t know about 34 I think they are gonna go after your ass so quickly I…I don’t think you’ll survive. I mean… I am their little baby sister.” She sounded like she was smiling, like she was enjoying this.

“That’s the signal, guys surround, on her second signal we go in.” Said the man beside me, “Libryinth, don’t you dare leave my side buddy. I’ll kick your ass from here to the moon before Lil gets her hands on you”

“So, what I’m hearing is that… I’ll have to meet your family. And so soon I didn’t realize we were to that part of our relationship yet. Like man I like you and all but… you’re not mine. You’re my boss’s.”

“Ohhhhhh, so you are transporting me to your boss. Hmmm, is he cute? I don’t like ugly guys. But I mean I don’t really like having my thigh bitten off or being kidnapped, I’m not complaining or anything. How’s he gonna make this up to me? Cause I don’t think flowers or chocolates are gonna work. Maybe he’s gonna let me go after you bring me to him and he realizes I’m not the one for him.” Lil rambled on a little, seaming a bit too unconcerned.

“No, he already knows who you are and that you are the ‘one’ for him. But he’ll make it up to you by making you his mate.” I could hear the smirk from here.

Lil’s eyes widened as he spoke, “But… what if it doesn’t work? I mean… um…what if… I uh… already found my… destined mate? It’s possible… Braden couldn’t follow me all the time… like… I’m pretty smart. And I know how to shake off a tail. I mean, it’s not that hard… just take 3 left turns and after that hide in a potato bag. It works surprisingly well.”

“Move in” the man next to me spoke as he stood up and started walking towards the clearing.

“What do we have here?” The man who spoke to me back at the building asking to leave said as he walked into the clearing. “Lillia dear baby sister.”

“Astro…” Lil said sounding relieved. “Guys…”

The guys ran over to the Braden and the six guys with him, they were tackled, instantly being pinned to the ground. The “prince” turned around instantly. Once he turned to look at the pinned men, I ran to Lil along with Lib and a couple other guys.

“So what do you want with Lil, I mean better tell us before, I mean… I cannot hold off all these blood thirsty guys for long. I mean you hurt their sis, I mean our little sister.” Said who I’m guessing is Astro.

“And you guy’s think you can take me? Go for it.” The ‘prince’ said. “But you have no one strong enough to take me.”

As we started picking Lil up onto her feet, she looked up at him smirking, “Bri. Can you transform in to, oh I don’t know, how about absolute-form.” 

A guy whom I’m guessing is Bri started walking towards us. He had green eyes, deep olive skin, dark brown hair, and was about Bex’s height. He started his transformation into absolute-form. He started morphing, hair started covering his body as he grew just bigger and bigger. And after a few seconds, two heads grew out beside his face as his face turned into that of a dogs. I blinked and his transformation was complete.

“Meet my older brother Brighten, an Alpha Mystic Cerberus.” Lil stated as her eyes flashed a bright green. “Have fun dealing with him Jasper.”
