Aaron won a trip to the Antarctic! While there he adopts a black cat, which has racist thoughts and talks about those... that's because the cat can talk.
As Aaron returns back to his home country, Germany he is suddenly confronted by an underground Esper society which is trying to gain more popularity and enslave all non-Esper's (Aaron isn't an Esper, so that's a problem).
The teen girl Constantsiya, who belongs to the organisation, joins Aaron and the yet unnamed cat. This is because she lost her Esper powers a few years ago, and hopes that Aaron can help her bring her powers back, since the organization wasn't able to.
