Back from hiatus and very excited to finish this in the next few months (provided my schedule is correct) (ง •̀_•́)ง
I spent a very long time on this episode I hope it's okay I ached and groaned over it so long lol ;v;
By the way, I couldn't figure out a way to explain this organically, but in case you're unfamiliar, the little checklist Rowan is doing is called HALT (it's an acronym) and is used as a sort of mental health check-in point. You assess whether your attitude or actions could be caused by Hunger, Anger, Loneliness, or Tiredness, and if so, address these needs before proceeding in order to curb unhealthy behaviours.
