Summary: Ash had the not-so-exciting summer he planned to have before school started. It was actually traumatizing. So many of his loved ones died so many got hurt and some forgotten. Ash had to start over in a new town, new people, new places, and new discoveries, but on the bright side, he's staying with his sister and aunt Tia. But if you're wondering why this is what happened, Vampires took over New Orleans where my family lived during the summer. They sucked the living souls out of the people and most of the witches. We did a spell to create a barrier from the vampires but the spell was so strong that it killed my mother and father and the rest of the people participating in the spell. But my aunt took me and my sister in to get away from all of the supernatural things and worry about being kids. But before we left New Orleans a vampire compelled us to forget everything about vampires, witches, and anything dealing with the supernatural. And that's the beginning of vampire chronicles.
