Her mother came in and saw the two of them had been bawling their eyes all night. She smiled gently and closed the door so as not to disturb them. Ramy woke up with her eyes swelling. She looked at Della beside her and remembered the night they were crying and consoling each other. She felt embarrassed as she was older than her. After a while, she got up from the bed and looked out the window. Then she realized that it was noon. She then hurried down and said, "Mom, dad, why didn't you two wake me up?"
"How can I wake you up? When you two are hugging each other, Fufu... " Her mother said this with a bright and warm smile on her face. Her father, Balder, didn't understand the situation and just got back to work.
"Here."
"What's this, mom?"
"You're portion and the child... Call her down here."
"All right,"
Ramy goes back to the room and tries to wake Della up, but she won't budge an inch and just keeps sleeping. Ramy speaks up in a sweet voice, but it still has no effect. She then tickles Della's side, which woke her up laughing. It turned out that she was pretending and was too lazy to stand. "Get up now, let's eat."
"Just a little more....." Della said as she was pampered, and then her stomach made a loud noise. The two were petrified for a moment, and Ramy laughed hard, which got Della blushing because of embarrassment.
"Let's go." Ramy held her arm and pulled her down the stairs with her pyjamas and saliva on her cheeks and puffy eyes. Everyone who saw them laughed hard because of their appearance. Della was troubled and flustered by the situation, but as she saw Ramy laughing and getting along with everyone, she felt a little relieved. "Come here, child, and take a seat.... Is Ramy a bother?"
She shook her head and said, "No, not at all, mister."
Balder smiled brightly and responded, "I see.... I am glad you two are getting along with each other.... You two should take a bath after this, hahaha."
"Yes?" Della said, confused, as she had no idea that her face had saliva, and her eyes were puffy from crying all night, and to top it off, she was in her sleeping garments. The people present in the inn thought of her as cute, like a little animal, because of her innocence and naivete.
"Are you not going to eat?" Balder asked as she was only staring at her food on the table. As she was questioned, she became flustered and said, "N-no, I was um... Ramy."
"Are you waiting for Ramy? Haha. But it looks like Ramy is still busy with the others."
Ramy approaches and inquires, "Della, are you finished eating?"
"Are you done chatting with the others? She was waiting for you, you know."
"What?! You were waiting for me? You didn't have to, you could have eaten first."
"I want to eat together with Ramy." She said, timidly.
Ramy was struck by her conscience and sat down. Then she said, "Let's eat, shall we?" Della smiled lovingly and nodded. Ramy kept staring at her eating. She was troubled and asked, "R-Ramy, is something wrong?"
"What?"
"You were staring at me and not eating."
"O-Oh, nothing at all..... It's just that you're cute like a chipmunk."
"Hm?" she said, tilting her head, stuffing her mouth with food.
"Never mind it, it's nothing... Are you all right to bathe?"
"Yes.... I think it's fine. Ramy is with me."
Ramy felt warm and was under the cloud hearing her say that. The people beside them were watching the two of them chatting. Their gaze was fixed on Della because they found her expression funny and lovable.
Della could feel their stares. She looked down and trembled. Ramy asked her, "What's wrong?" She didn't say anything. Ramy looked around and noticed that she was cautious of the others' stares. Ramy then told everyone, "Stop staring. You're scaring her." Everyone apologizes and then minds their own business.
"Don't worry, everyone just finds you cute, that's all."
Della looked up and made eye contact with Ramy, then asked curiously, "Why?"
Ramy stayed silent and only looked at her. She felt strange and was tilting her head, and when she looked at her reflection on the plate, she saw that her face had saliva on it and her eyes were swollen. She holed up in embarrassment, then cried as she couldn't handle it. Ramy was flummoxed as she saw her crying. She came near and comforted her with words, but it only made things worse. It was when her father said, "It will only make you uglier if you cry more." Then she stopped crying.
Ramy's mother prepared and heated the water for them to bathe in, then put some herbs in the bath water to soothe their tired bodies. "Are the two of you done eating? I prepared the bath water. Go ahead and clean yourself."
"I was about to do that... Thank you mom."
Della stared at Ramy and said, copying her, "Uh, uhm, thank you."
"What are you thankful for? I was doing it for the two of you... If you go along now, the water will not be warm anymore if you're slow." Ramy's mother said with a smile on her face.
The two hurried to get into the water, Ramy removing all her clothes while Della was hesitating. "Della? What's wrong?"
"Uh... Ramy, can I bathe later?"
"What? Why? Come on in, the warm water will be gone if you bathe later."
"Hm," Della said as she took off her clothes one by one, revealing the scars that had been hidden beneath them. Ramy's face darkened as she saw the naked body of Della, full of scars, but as she saw her troubled face, Ramy then said, with a smile, "Come on in, Della, let's clean you up."
Della noticed her change in behaviour and that she was only pretending that it didn't affect her. Della only nodded in response with a gentle smile on her face.
"Ramy..."
"Hm? What is it?"
"What is the name of your mother?"
"Why are you asking?"
"Because I don't know your mom's name when I know your father's name."
"I see. My mom's name is Solana. It means sunshine. She said that my grandmother named her that so she could be a bright and lovely child."
"What about Ramy's name?"
"Hm? The meaning of my name is love, a loving child... Why are you asking?"
"I'm just asking, so Ramy's name means love. That's why Ramy is so full of warmth." She said, smiling gently.
"Am I?"
"That's right."
"Then, how about Della's name?"
As Della heard that question, sadness fell on her face as she smiled gently and painfully, saying, "Mom said... The meaning of my name is nobility. I don't know why my mom named me that."
Ramy, seeing Della in a painful state, embraced her in her arms and patted her head gently, telling her, "Everything is alright….. You'll be fine."

Ramy and Della dress up and freshen up after a bath. Ramy, seeing her all cleaned up, was mesmerized by her beauty. "Ramy, Ramy, what's wrong?"
Ramy regained herself and moved back in surprise because of the closeness of their faces. Then, she responded in panic, "What? No, are you alright? No, wait, sorry." She then let out a long sigh and said, "Sorry, Della, were you surprised?"
"No, it's alright, Ramy was funny [giggles]." Ramy was so blinded by her beauty that she couldn't take any more if the situation continued, so she changed the topic. "Let's go out now. Mom and dad are waiting. Mom said that there were sweets."
"Ok," she said, smiling brightly, and Ramy was struck once again.
"Mom, dad, where here."
"Oh, you're here, but where is Della?" Her mother said Ramy then moved out of the way and showed Della, who was hiding behind her, proudly.
Ramy's parents and the other guests at the inn were shaken and dropped their food."Oh-ho, I thought that you were a beautiful child in the beginning. The bath really did the trick." Balder said, laughing. Della felt embarrassed and hid behind Ramy's back.
"Come on now, everyone, stop staring. You're troubling the child." Solana stated this calmly and logically. Everyone then averted their attention to her, not burdening and pressuring her.
Roswald enters the guild and goes up to see Geld in the afternoon, but instead, as he arrived, he was forced to do some paper work, so he couldn't ask anything about the mercenaries they caught this morning. The morning came, and the two of them were still left with a pile of papers. As he couldn't wait any longer, he asked, "Where are the prisoners?" With madness in his eyes.
He scratched his head stressfully, then responded, "They are in the village chief's mansion."
"Let's go there now."
"You should calm down first. You're not thinking straight." Geld said, and Roswald stayed silent as he said the truth.
"Let Mario handle it. Calm down, and let's finish this pile of papers."
"Alright,"
Roswald was kept busy for the whole day, but he couldn't get the issue out of his head, and it infuriated him. Another day had passed, and he couldn't think of anything except the pile of papers in front of him. When Geld saw that Roswald was focused on his work, he walked out and headed to the village chief's house to inquire about the interrogation of the prisoner. Mario was taken aback as he saw Geld was in the hallway beside his office waiting. He asked, "What happened to the work I gave you?"
Geld smirked annoyingly with a proud face and said, "Roswald is doing it."
"I see, then? What are you doing here?"
"How is the interrogation going?" Geld asked seriously.
Mario looked at him in the eye and replied, with no lies in his words, "It's going smoothly, just a little bit more and they will say what we want to hear….. It seems that they also know about the incident that happened in the village not too long ago."
Geld's eyes widen and he asks, "Is that more of a coincidence?"
"I know. That's why I need more time until Roswald comes and kills them."
"Don't worry, he's busy doing all those papers."
"Here." Mario handed him a huge pile of paper work, smiling happily.
Geld was shocked by the mountain of paper that was handed to him and complained. "Are you kidding me?! More paper works? Are you just handing your work to us?"
Mario smiled evilly and said, "Glad you're not stupid." He whistled as he entered his office.
Geld was furious and annoyed, but he held it, and as soon as he got back into the guild office, he shouted, "F***K YOU, YOU B****RD!"
The people in the guild jumped in surprise that even Roswald was awakened by him, but he treated it as a fly and continued on his work, with a bag on his face, as he was working nonstop for two days straight, and it would make three if the day passed.
Geld entered the office with a mountain of paper, slamming the door furiously. Roswald asked, "What's wrong with you?"
"Nothing, nothing at all, that b****rd, I'll get him for this."
Roswald found his behavior strange and started to doubt the two of them. He asked, "Where did you go?"
"What? I was just downstairs, handling some matters." Geld responds, laughing awkwardly.
"Your assistant Sheena can handle it, can she? Why are you handling it? It's not even a big matter.... Did you go to Mario's house?"
He dropped the ink in his hand in a panic and groaned, as lying doesn't work on him. Then he responded, "Yeah, I was. I was just asking about how the interrogation was going."
"I see," he said, and continued on with his work.
Geld was surprised by his manner. He was full of anger just yesterday, and when he said that he had gone to the village chief's house, he didn't flinch or say anything about it. "Are you not mad anymore?" he mumbles.
"I am, but I know the two of you are stalling me here on purpose." Geld gasped when he heard his name, was moved for a moment, and then returned to his old self, cursing Mario.
"Guild master, the mage doctor requests your presence."
"What? What is it this time? Let him in."
"Isn't it rude to say that now, friend?" Morse said, annoyed, and noticing all the piles of paper occupying the room.
"Come in and help us finish this up. I'll talk to you then."
"Whose is this work?"
"Mario,"
"The village chief?"
"Yeah, stop standing there, sit down and work with us here."
"No, I'll come back tomorrow." Morse said as he walked away, but Geld caught him by the hand and pulled him over and closed the door. His screams were so loud that they could be heard across the sky.
The three of them worked nonstop for a whole day while Morse was mumbling, "Who am I? Where am I?" again and again.
Geld was so annoyed that he slapped his face and said, "Do your work right." Morse was cursing inside and sighing loudly as he couldn't help it.
The three of them were so focused that they didn't know what happened in their surroundings when suddenly the vase fell down and broke. They looked at the side of the window and saw a black-clad man in front of them. Geld and Morse's eyes widen, as well as the man in black-clad. The three of them screamed foolishly like women.
Roswald was so frustrated by the voices that he drew out his sword scabbard and stabbed the man in black-clad, but it didn't pierce him but rather pushed him out of the window. The man in black fell down unguarded and died in a rather embarrassing way. The people outside were surprised by the sudden fall of someone, but rather than pity, they couldn't help laughing so hard that they could die.
Both Geld and Morse were taken aback by his sudden movement, but as soon as the man was out of the window, they couldn't care much and continued with their work as another day passed by.
The fifth day came, and as the sun rose from the south, Mario headed to the village guild. When he enters the office door, what he sees is the bodies of the three lying on the hard floor buried in mountains of paper. He shut the door in reflex and walked back to his mansion, pretending he saw nothing.
Sheena starts her day like no other. She heads to the village guild to do what she has to do as an assistant manager. She went up the stairs into the office, and when she opened the door, she saw the gloomy atmosphere in the air and the bodies of the three who were buried in a mountain of paper like a dead person. She was shocked by the scene and called the hospital to transport the bodies of the three men.
Sheena saw Morse suddenly get up from the floor, and saw his ghostly appearance, and screamed loudly. That made the staff members come to her rescue, but as they arrived, they saw the appearance of the two men moving and mumbling like zombies. All of them screamed in horror and ran down the stairs like speedy cars.
The hunters and the receptionist that was present inside were appalled by their strange behavior, and when Morse came down and was about to start a conversation, one of the hunters punched him on the face by reflex, sending him flying flat on the ground. The three receptionists screamed in surprise and scolded the hunter, who launched a punch at Morse's face. Morse gets up and says, in a cracked voice,
"I-I'm sorry if I scared you."
To be continue...
