Sorry for the criticism but I think you should replace "addicted" with "addict". Or you can use "addicted" but the word has to switch places with "horror movie". Using what I just said in practice, your 2 options would be "Gabriel is a hopeless horror movie addict." or "Gabriel is hopelessly addicted to horror movies"
