After what happened Dominic did everything in his power to annoy me and work me out. days kept passing as I worked on a couple of songs and took care of the weeding preparations at the same time. I was exhausted and emotionally drained.

I would finish from the studio to go to a location for filming a music video or I would do some of his errands or take care of both of our parents orders since the wedding is getting closer. Now the wedding is in four days.

I sniffed as I wiped my tears. I never felt this.. used, stupid and tired before. For a second I really thought that we were having a moment after a nice day and that if we tried to get closer and intimate then maybe we can try to start a relationship between us.

Is it wrong of me to want a real relationship with my so called husband? Yes. i blew my nose and stood up. I need to keep things the same as they used to be. I already decide no more feelings for Dominic. I walked to my bathroom and washed my face.

I heard a knock on the door and I frowned. “wakey wakey my lovely wife, we need to deal with a few things for the song you finished” he said and I scoffed. I cleared my throat and opened the door after grabbing my things. He took a couple of steps back from the door and I walked out closing it behind me.

He looked at my face and pouted. “oh what a mess.. we can’t go anywhere when you are looking like this” he sighed and I rolled my eyes. “as if I’m going anywhere with you now” I said and he arched his eyebrows.

“if I remember correctly you have to do whatever I..” he said and I cut him off. “do I look like I can do anything right now? just.. wait after the wedding please” I begged him and he bit his lips frowning. He opened his mouth then sighed.

“okay” he said and I looked at my phone. “I’m seeing my friend tonight” I told him and he hummed at me. “I’m quite busy today.. I have a lot of work” he said and I smiled feeling better that I won’t see his face today. “perfect” I said and he glared at me.

“sorry to interrupt you but your lunch is here” Adam said and I looked at him smiling. “good I was getting hungry” I said and walked away from Dominic following Adam.

I looked at Dominic as he walked into the dining room and I scrunched my nose at him. “so I bought tickets for the vacation earlier” he said as he sat down next to me and I gasped. He should have told me before he did that.

I whined. “why didn’t you tell me I didn’t choose” I said complaining and he looked back at me with an amused look. I blushed and pressed my lips together.

“I do remember what you told me before..” he said as he held my chin gently. “it’s a surprise for being a good boy.. now enjoy your lunch” he said and let me go. We ate lunch in silence. he’s so confusing for days he was being intolerable and mean and now he is acting gentle all of a sudden.

I wiped my mouth and stood up making him glance at me. “thanks for buying lunch” I said and he nodded. “you are welcome” he said and I walked out going to my room.

This is the most relaxed I have been since that night. I giggled as Hayden stuck his tongue out trying to focus. We were just sitting in his apartment. I did say I was seeing my friend and I meant Hayden by that.

We were drawing each other and he doesn’t know that I’m good at it. he looked at me. “I’m nearly done just the hair left” he said and I hummed. “that’s impressive” I said and he smirked. So smug.

I looked at his lips trying to sketch them on my paper. “I know my lips are kissable but you don’t need to stare that much at them” he said and I blushed. “I’m just trying to know their shape” I said and he chuckled.

When we were both done we counted to three and looked at each other drawings. I giggled when I saw his. He really tried and it was kind of cute. “why am I surrounded by flowers?” I asked and looked at him.

His mouth was gaping as he looked at the drawing. I got closer to him and laid my head on his shoulder. “do you like it?” I asked him as I looked at my drawing. I draw him smiling which was a good choice.

“yeah.. it’s amazing Angel.. you’re amazing” he said then I felt him kiss my head. I looked up at him and he smiled. “can I keep it?” he asked and I nodded.

“it’s good that we decided to hang out today before you leave” he said and I nodded. “I really needed some time off. Dominic was working my ass off” I said and he tutted. “yeah I noticed that” he said.

I stood up and he did the same. “it’s getting late” I said and he looked down at his watch. “you can spend the night here if you want” he said and I shook my head.

“I need to get back home.. you know I need to prepare my things for the honeymoon” I said and he groaned. “be careful on your way back” he said and I nodded. he hugged me tightly and I smiled.

He was warm making me cling to him. “thank you for today” I said and he winked. I kissed his cheek and left.

When I walked inside the house it was quite making me feel relieved that Dominic was in his room or out. I walked to the kitchen and to my surprise a guy was there drinking water. “uh who are you?” I asked him and he turned looking at me. he looked me up and down.

“oh you must be the guy’s roommate.. you know I’m just one of his one night stand” he said as he got closer to me. “seeing you make me want to stay another night here.. you look yummy” he said as he licked his lips.

I gasped when he pinned me against the wall. “tell me how do you like it?” he asked. “I’m not interested.. to you know do it” I said. “am I not your type?” he asked and I bit my lips. “it’s not that” I said as I tried to push him away.

“let him go” I heard Dominic say and the guy pulled away. I looked at Dominic and he walked to us. “you don’t fucking lay your hands on him again” he told the guy as he wrapped his arm around my waist pulling me close.

The guy glared at Dominic. “leave” Dominic growled and the guy walked out. Dominic looked at me. “fuck.. you okay?” he asked me and I nodded despite being scared at what happened. I pulled away from him and crossed my arms. “I told you don’t bring anyone to our house Dominic you never listen it was one of my rules.. I am respecting yours so do the same” I screamed at him and he glared at me.

“don’t you fucking talk with me like this again” he said clenching his jaw. “why do you keep making things worse? I was clear from the start but you never make things easier for anyone.. is it too hard for you to keep it in your pants for a few days? I mean for fuck sake we are getting married in a few days can’t you respect the promises we will make..” I was cut off by him smacking the wall behind me loudly making me feel scared.

My eyes stung with tears as I looked at him shocked because a few inches and it would have been my face.. “as I said don’t fucking disrespect me and I made it clear that I would do what the fuck I want” he shouted in my face and I pushed him away. “then I would do the same” I said as I walked passed him and he grabbed my arm.

“where are you going?” he asked me and I tried to pull away. “away from you..” I said and he squeezed on my arm making me let out a cry from the pain. “Dominic let go you are hurting me and I’m already scared” I begged him and he pulled me closer. A mixer of panic and anger was in his eyes.

“no.. the wedding remember.. you worked hard for it” he said and I frowned and pulled away. “I’m not cancelling the wedding.. I will come back” I said and he looked down. I rushed out of the house and got inside of my car. I don’t usually drive but I can’t wake up my driver right now.

I grabbed my phone and looked at the contacts. I just came back from Hayden and I know he won’t have a problem letting me spend the night but I know he will tell Dominic but Chris won’t.

I called him and he answered. “hey Angel” he said. “hey is it okay if I came over?” I asked him and he stayed quite for a few seconds. “of course I will send you the address now” he said and hanged up.

When I reached his place and he opened the door for me. I threw myself at him and he wrapped his arms around me closing the door with is foot. “are you okay doll?” he asked me and I shook my head.

“me and Dominic had a huge fight” I said and he cooed. “do you want to talk about it?” he asked as he sat down placing me on his lap. “he had sex with a guy in our house even though I told him not to bring any strangers and it gets worse” I said and he frowned. “how?” he mumbled. “that guy was hitting on me” I said and he chuckled.

“I mean I would do the same” he said and I smacked his chest. “Dominic is horrible.. then he shouted at me and look” I said showing him the bruise on my arm. He gasped. “he hit you?” he asked and I shook my head. “grabbed me really hard” I answered him and he sighed.

“you just rest now and we will see how to deal with this tomorrow” he said and I nodded. “don’t tell Dominic I’m here” I said and he nodded rubbing my back. he let me borrow one of his shirts and I was already feeling tired.

Chris was nice as he let me join him in bed and he cuddled me to sleep. When I woke up I smiled as I saw him still asleep. This is the best sleep I’ve got in a while. I walked to the bathroom and I was glad that I found a new toothbrush.

I should make Chris a breakfast as a thank you for letting me stay here I can’t be ungrateful. after washing up I walked to the kitchen looking into his fridge. He didn’t really have a lot and I assume it’s because he didn’t cook much.

I hummed as I started making scrambled eggs and toasting the bread. I will cut some apples as well. I wonder what Dominic is doing? I hope he is regretting his decisions and being miserable.

I kept humming as I kept making the breakfast. I heard a chuckled behind me when I was cutting the last apple and I turned around looking at a smiling Chris. “maybe I should keep you here doll.. getting cuddled to sleep and waking up to this sight with a breakfast sound amazing to me” he said as he hugged me from behind and I blushed looking back at the apples.

“I’m almost done” I said and he hummed nuzzling his face in my neck and slipping his hands under the shirt rubbing my waist. I squirmed in his arms feeling ticklish when his thumbs rubbed my side. “Chris you are tickling me” I said letting out a small giggle when he blew a raspberry into my neck.

He chuckled then kissed the back of my neck pulling away from me. “thank you for making breakfast babydoll” he said and I blushed again sighing softly. it feels nice to be appreciated. “it’s my pleasure” I said softly.

We ate together talking and laughing. I definitely feel more relaxed now. “come on pretty doll eat your last slice” he said as he held the apple slice near my mouth. “but I’m full” I whined and he tutted. “be good and eat it” he said and I opened my mouth biting half of it and he ate the other half.

He smirked after swallowing and I huffed playfully at him. “let me check your arm” he said and he held my arm checking on the bruise. He sighed as he rubbed it gently before he brought my hand to his lips and kissed it softly making me blush as he kept kissing down until he reached the bruise.

“I’m sorry you had to go through that with Dominic” he said and I bit my lips. “Dominic isn’t a bad person, he let his mind control him but deep down he isn’t careless..” he said softly and I pouted feeling upset.

“he’s a meanie” I said and he smiled softly nodding. “the biggest meanie on earth” he said and kissed my pouty lip. I felt surprise by what he did but that didn’t stop me from leaning closer to him making him pick me up easily and placing me on his lap.

“you are such a sweet boy.. such a good boy like you deserve all the nicest rewards only” he said and that sparked something in me. excitement overflowed my body. I hummed nodding and he chuckled.
