Let's see, (THE LAST RUNE ON "ONE DAY" IS) (ON TODAY'S COMIC) Well, first I just realize why did you separate the sentences? and I see what you mean, on the fourth row right?, I can see a letter "C" on this comic.
You underline the word "HUGE", "SOUL" and "TWICE" on the first and third comic, and there is a letter "M" on a cake.
Can you rotate the runes? In the first there is a rune that looked like a "C" but it lacks a dot, it's probably another letter, or a punctuation perhaps.
The inconsistency of the rune writing, maybe need a further attention, is it horizontal or vertical? I probably over analyzing again like I always do, but anyway the mystery deepens. :p
