I'm in a writer's group called Clockwork Storybook with a bunch of big- brained guys like Bill Willingham, Matt Sturges, Chris Roberson, Mark Finn and more. After a reading of the first chunk of a new thing I'd written, I was accused of showing Chekov's Gun Cabinet. It's hard not to foreshadow all of the stuff I'd like to get to in the Captain Invincible strip in these first few pages.
