Twilight's Journal Entry: Characters: Pinkamena Diane Pie

"Please let it be known before reading this entry that I love my friend Diane, sorry, she prefers to be called Pinkie, to no end... But some of the things she does baffles me to no end as well. She is oddly well versed in machinery, seemingly able to cobble things together from scratch even better than Rainbow and Spike can. Not to mention it feels like, even though she's an Earthan, she has a sort of... strange magic about her. And she can do the most impossible things! It still drives me crazy sometimes. Anyway, Pinkie is fun loving, excitable, hyperactive, a sugar addict and sometimes a genius when the mood strikes her. She's also extremely childish, but somehow very independent. Understanding her is still worthy of taking up an entire page.

Spike, Rainbow Dash, and I kind of literally just stumbled into her one day as kids while we were traveling and she just kind of stuck with us. It was odd at first, but she grew on us emotionally and, after a time, we just couldn't bring ourselves to tell her to leave. Unfortunately... that's the problem. I... none of us, really know much about Pinkie's past. Any of us could tell what her favorite food, color, activity, or even obscure book was. But whenever the subject of what she was doing before running into us comes up, all she says is "we left" Who this "we" is still remains to be seen. Even now, as I leave to find new worlds, I still feel like the biggest mystery is in just the other room."
