YES, customer service doesn't require any script deviation. You can just use the words you know. It's also why I find interviews for customer service positions frustrating. Give me a mock run of a customer interaction; that'll be way better at showing my skills. I can't talk about myself for shit, but that's NOT NECESSARY FOR MY JOB.
