Alarms sounded as the door slammed behind them. Blinding lights shone down on the teens as they dashed towards the gates that stood a couple of feet away. Only one problem... The gate was chained shut. There was no time to devise a plan as there were twenty guards charging towards them. So they climbed. They threw their bags over which took a couple of attempts but time was of the essence as soon as their bags hit the ground of the other side they climbed up the gate as fast as a rat up a drain pipe. There were spikes at the top of the gate with a rounded top as they turned around to the other side Tannis’s top got caught on the rounded spike and tore a gaping hole through his top. He didn’t care though they still sped down and when they were close enough to the ground jumped off of it. They grabbed their bags and sprinted off into a forest. All that could be heard was the crunching of leaves and the snapping of branches as they ran and never looked back. Faint shouts could be heard in the distance coming from TSOA. “Oh crap it’s started raining” Tyler yelled to the others as they continued to run. They ran for another half hour in silence. “Hey there’s a treehouse over here” Tannis shouted to be heard over the rain. 

“What are we waiting for then let’s go!” Raven exclaimed. They all sprinted as fast as their legs could carry them towards the treehouse. Once they were at the treehouse they clambered up a slightly dilapidated rope ladder where they then entered a rotted, dilapidated hoot. It was enough to keep them dry but not warm. “We’re soaked,” Rose said.

“How did you know. Did the squelching of our feet give it away?” Tannis said sarcastically.

“Don’t be smart Tannis” Raven replied.

“Girls turn around and get changed and we’ll turn around and get changed and don’t turn round till we all shout ‘done’” Tyler commanded. They all turned back to back and got undressed and got changed onto a set of warmer clothes. However, the girls only had T-shirt’s, jeans and jackets which weren’t warm so Tyler gave Raven one of his black hoodies and black tracksuit bottoms and Tannis did the same giving Rose a navy hoodie and grey tracksuit bottoms. “Thanks for the clothes Ty,” Raven said.

“Yeah thanks Tan for the clothes” Rose then thanked Tannis. 

“No problem wouldn’t want you two to freeze” Tyler replied for the both of them. The guys then got changed into a set of their hoodies and tracksuit bottoms. “Done” They all shouted in unison.
