"Marie, it's me. Josiph," Josiph softly calls. Marie quickly lets him in and then quickly closes the door. Locking it with a soft click. Josiph sees her and her siblings in her room and then looks at Marie confused.

"It's mom's day off and they couldn't get out the door before she woke up," Marie answers softly, "So, you are a butler today. You will be cleaning, listening to our mom, doing anything our mom says or orders, and getting us stuff we need like food, drinks, and a couple games."

"Okay, I'll try to get what I can," He says with an exhausted sigh. She gives him a tired smile and quietly, and quickly, let him out of her room. He walks downstairs and sees their mother heading for the kitchen.He follows her silently. She doesn't notice him until she has grabbed a cup of coffee and has turned around to face him. She jumps slightly and then sighs. 

"You must be the butler I was told about," She says with a yawn.

"Yes Madam, I am. How can I be of service," Josiph says with a small bow.

"I want the house cleaned from top to bottom. If you see any of my kids send them to me," She says coldly with a straight, uncaring face.

"I checked in on your children and the only one home is Marie. She is napping due to being ill," Josiph says very professionally and she nods absentmindedly.

"That's fine. Just start cleaning," She orders harshly while grabbing a bottle of wine and her coffee. She then leaves to the living room. Josiph then grabs the bread, some lunch meat, cheese, mayonnaise, and a bag of potato chips. He grabs a few board games, a deck of cards, and he then takes them to Marie's room. He knocks gently and the door cracks open. Marie slowly opens the door and Josiph walks in carefully. Marie quickly shuts the door and locks it. Josiph gives the items to the siblings and looks at Marie.

"She wants you and your siblings," Josiph comments with a soft sigh.

"What did you tell her," Marie asks with a soft yawn.

"You were the only one here and you're napping due to being ill," Josiph answers and Maire sighs.

"Thank you," She says quietly, "What does she have you doing?"

"She wants the house cleaned from top to bottom," Josiph says with a weary sigh.

"I'm sorry," Marie says with an exhausted look. Josiph chuckles and shakes his head as he leaves her room. Marie quickly locks the door after him. Alexzandra, Christina, Katryina, and Derek make themselves some sandwiches. Marie slowly climbs onto her bed. She slowly and wearily slides under the blankets. The siblings start playing with the deck of cards. Marie starts to fall asleep slowly. Josiph can be heard softly in the next room cleaning. The faint sound of the TV can also be heard. Josiph knocks on the door quietly and Alexzandra cracks the door. She sees him with a portable DVD player and a bag. He gives the items to Alexzandra. He leaves quietly. Alexzandra shuts and locks the door. She brings them in and sees inside the bag is several movies. Alexzandra smiles and shows the other siblings. They get comfy and start a horror movie marathon. The siblings fall asleep while watching the third movie. They all wake up to yelling and someone stomping up the stairs.Then there is a hard and loud pounding on the door.

"Marie! Open this door," Their mom yells loudly. Marie doesn't move from her bed. Her siblings don't move either. They can hear Josiph walking up to the room.

"Madam, Marie is resting. Please go enjoy your TV show. I have finished your room. Maybe laying down will help you relax," He says wearily. They then hear their mom stomping away. They hear Josiph walks away as well. The siblings crawl in the bed and cuddle to Marie. They all fall asleep slowly. Marie wakes up first with a soft stretch. She quietly and gently slips out of her room. She sees her mother’s bedroom door open. She slips into the kitchen and grabs a cup of coffee. She can hear her mother softly stirring. She grabs several more cups of coffee and takes the cups, the cream, and sugar upstairs. She sets them on her end table. Her siblings slowly start to wake up. The siblings start to sit up and make their coffee. They sip on their coffee as they wake up fully. Soon they hear their mother groaning as she gets up and hear her exiting her room. They hear her start to head towards the stairs but she stops and then heads back to her bedroom. They then hear the soft sound of the shower going. They quietly turn on an anime movie and they seem to be waiting for something. Then they hear someone walk up to the door and bang on it.

"Hey disgrace, I'm going out. If you see your siblings don't get them sick," Their mother says loudly and then walks away. They can hear her head back to her room. They hear her muffled movements in her room. They can hear the muffled sound of a few things being thrown around. They then hear the tap of her heels as their mother leaves her room and goes downstairs. They then hear the vehicle start up and start to back up. Then they can hear it drive down the driveway.

They all slowly and carefully get out of Marie's room. They all go downstairs with their cups. They all go into the kitchen. They then grab something to eat. They then head their separate ways. Marie goes up to the study with Derek following behind her. Derek goes through the books with a big smile and intrigue shining in his eyes.. Katryina goes up to her room where she starts to stream and play games. Christina goes into the living room with Alex and Alex sits on the couch. Christina sits in a chair watching TV as Alexzandra starts to text Sabrina.

"Hey, it's Alex," Alexzandra sends to Sabrina.

"Ah hello. It's good to hear from you. You still want to go on a date," Sabrina replies soon after.

"If you still want to," Alexzandra answers with a soft smile.

"Perfect. I'll send you a couple gifts to wear for it. Are you free tonight at 5pm," Sabrina asks and Alexzandra looks at it slightly confused.

"I actually am What gifts would you be sending," Alexzandra asks curiously.

"That'll be a surprise," Sabrina answers and Alexzandra smiles softly.

"Ok," Alexzandra questions still curiously. Alexzandra then heads to the study. She sighs as she steps into the study.

"I have a date tonight with Sabrina," Alexzandra comments softly.

"You sure that you'll be ok," Marie asks while looking at a deep red leather bound book.

"Yeah, I will be," Alexzandra answers with a small smile, "But she said she is going to be sending some gifts."

"Gifts," Marie questions while looking at Alexzandra.

"She wants to send me gifts for the date," Alexzandra answers with a sigh. Marie nods slightly and sighs softly.

"You need to be careful," She says with a small frown.

"I will be," Alexzandra says as she turns to leave. Marie sighs and goes back to the deep red leather bound book. Alexzandra leaves and goes back to the living room. Marie turns the book back to the title page. The title page reads "Red Dragons: Habits, Lifestyle, and Behaviors". She sighs deeply as she sits down in the chair. She looks at Josiph who has walked in.

"What does the book say," He asks in a monotone.

"Reds love money, gold, jewels, and other rare exquisite items. So, if he is in with it they will have to be paying him in something of high value. Reds are aggressive. They tend to live in seclusion unless they have a mate. They can be persuaded by treasure or by a sacrifice," She answers with a tired look.

"What do you want to do," He asks with a sigh.

"Grandpa had a few treasures in the basement. I will go down and look around," Marie comments quietly. Josiph nods and leans against the doorframe. He looks at Derek who is texting and reading a book on the fae.

"What are we going to do with the dogs," He asks with a small glare.

"The Lupins? We aren't going to do anything except follow the treaty," Marie answers looking at Josiph with a small glare.

"We have a treaty with them now," He growls lowly.

"Yes and we will respect it," Marie comments lowly and glaring at him still. Josiph glares as he walks away and out of the room. Derek looks at Marie worried.

"Do you think he will hurt the treaty," Derek asks concernedly.

"Hopefully not. His family just doesn't like Lycans," Marie replies with a weary sigh.

"What if he does," Derek asks quietly as he looks up at Marie.

"Then I will deal with it the way grandpa taught me," Marie comments quietly with a small frown. 

"Marie, could you do that," He asks in slight shock.

"I had to when I was younger," Marie comments while getting up.
