Chapter 1:

                In a distant world, in a kingdom far from the mainland, a large city filled with people panicking and running from the town square, the vegetables they bought left forgotten on the ground, as there was a rather large army inside the city gates. In the castle of said kingdom, a princess pressed against her door inside of her room as she fought to keep that door shut. This girls name was Ordicia of the Hewitt dynasty. BANG! The door slammed open and Ordicia was pushed against the wall, glad to be out of sight. “Where is she!” the king of the invading kingdom asked as Ordicia put on her cape and hood on and tried to sneak out of the room but bumped into someone on the way out, her round glasses pushed against her eyes.

                 “I’m sorry but I can’t let you leave.” Said the man, Ordicia looked up and her eyes widened in shock. It was King Salvatore of Rephotus empire. “hmphh” she pushed her way out his arms and tried to make a run for it, but his men stopped her hurriedly, “Ill take it from here boys” he whispered to them as he put a gentle hand on her shoulder. She froze, “now darling, come with me”. he escorted her out of the city as she saw the people of her kingdom being abraded by the kings’ men to keep them away from them “sir-“ Ordicia asked pulling on his coat a bit “Yes little princess?” “Please- do not hurt them, t-the citizens I mean” “oh, men!” the soldiers stopped to listen to their lord “stop roughening up the citizens, NOW!” he shouted frightening Ordicia a bit and she flinched still holding onto his coat “are you okay princess?” he asked looking down at the princess small compared to him “o-oh yes I will be fine”. As they made it past the city gates, they made their way to a carriage and Salvatore ushered Ordicia inside, “are we going to Rephotus?” Ordicia asked kindly siting in the opposite seat as the tall king, the princess opened her mouth to speak “I do have a question, why did you not just kill me?” she asked “oh, well to use you as leverage, and I think you are quite pretty” he cleared his throat and relaxed into his seat “w-what?!” Ordicia exclaimed blushing profusely.
