Twilight's Journal Entry: Hearts
"Even though heartless have become more rare since the Second Keyblade war, they still exist, feeding off of the darkness and stealing hearts. The heart, or the soul of a person is the culmination of their being. If they are taken by heartless then that person's remaining body and essence either falls to darkness, becomes consumed by it, or rejects the darkness completely. Essential they disappear, become a heartless, or become a nobody. There was once a man who became all three in his attempt to study such a phenomenon... but we all know how that story ended. I was too curious about researching it until I learned of his story. Now I want nothing to do with heartless."
