When selecting how I was going to tackle this daily project I went back and looked at my days of tabling at comic-cons. I used to do fan art. I had a bear, "Coffee Bruin" that I used to use as a logo. My art studio is even named after him. Many of my artworks were based off his teddy-bear like appearance.
He's me. I incorporate a lot of my personality into him when I draw Bruin. Bruin is a part of the 4 panel gag a day, which means I didn't want him in the daily project.
