The Doctor is dismissed by June and her lawyer, but refuses to give up, and goes to the local news about his theory, and when asked what would be trying to get through, he says something nobody expected; It's a demonic monster, that comes in many forms, but only one is good, the rest seek destruction. He says this monster is known only as 'Naya' , however the Doctor is not taken serious.

When the trial begins, things continue to get worse, as June now says that a witch made her do what she did, and she had no choice. This is not well recieved by the court, or by the media. June tells everyone the witch is called Mia De Vil, and she is sinister.

The trial is short, not many want to be associated with this , and very few testify. It lasts one week, and is handed to the Judge to decide the fate of June Rose. His decision comes fast.
