The Seven Sins Series

Craving Purity C3

Craving Purity C3

May 17, 2022

Elijah didn't ever hide the fact that he was needy. He loved attention from his beloved, and he'd never hide his resentment for customers when they got too close to his boyfriend.

Some of the women that came into the shop were very beautiful, and they often were attracted to Greyson, because he was simply entrancing. That often led to Elijah going out into the main room and openly speaking about his plans with his boyfriend later that night, or he'd give him a kiss and pretend to leave so that the girls could see that Greyson was taken.

Or, it'd give Greyson the message that Elijah was pissed off and wanted him to be less flirtatious. A little bit was fine, but going over the top made Elijah shake with jealousy and have to resist murdering every woman who entered the store.

Currently, Elijah was hanging out in the break room, eating a breakfast sandwich and watching the cameras to make sure that Greyson wasn't being too flirty. He also decided that he needed to clean up the office, because the table was covered and getting fucked on the table was part of Elijah's plans for the day.

They hadn't done that in so long, and it was hot in Elijah's opinion, especially because it was proving to him that Greyson knew that anyone who entered the store had nothing on him. Or else his soulmate wouldn't have sex with him on the break room table.

Elijah continued to eat his meal, while Greyson helped a young woman find a necklace for her girlfriend. He could tell that this purchase wasn't one that pleased Greyson, because gay women often didn't fall into his trance, since they were attracted to women. Unless the woman was bisexual or pansexual, but Elijah could tell from Greyson's set jaw and piercing eyes that she had no interest in him or his games.

Elijah has once asked why it was so hard to make gay women fall under his spell but it was easy to convince and trick straight men, since while some "straight" men were secretly bisexual, some actually were only interested in women. Greyson had told him that most men he tricked were looking for jewelry from his expensive store to prove they were wealthy enough to afford the gems, and they were so willing that they were foolish and easier to trick.

Anyway, it didn't bother Elijah that Greyson seemed angry. It just meant that their lunch time sex would be anger sex, and it only made Greyson go that much harder. Sometimes, when he was home and whining that he was horny, the other sins would tease Elijah for being just like Lexi, more well known as Lust, but Elijah didn't care. Sure, Lexi had an extremely high sex drive and could last longer than any of them without trying, but all of the sins desired sex and would go to clubs to find someone to spend the night with, since only Elijah, Greyson, and Simon, or Sloth had their beloved.

Elijah finished his breakfast and threw away his paper plate before he began to clean up the room, moving mail and other files that were covering the table, taking the time to organize them since Greyson never took the time to do it.

Pleased with his work, Elijah then locked the door to the break room and stripped himself naked so he could prep himself for the sex he knew he was going to have. It was a simple fact of the matter: Greyson couldn't resist his soulmate, and true to his other name, he always wanted to be greedy when it came to Elijah, especially when the other man was so willing to give.

Elijah opened the drawer that he claimed for himself, the one that he filled with sex toys. He understood why the others compared him to Lexi, but he'd seen Lexi's drawers in his room, and there were several filled with toys, not just one.

He grabbed out his favorite dildo, but before he could start, a strange pull gripped his chest and a strange and wonderful smell filled the air. Elijah pulled up his pants, redid his belt, and unlocked the door to the break room. He'd only felt this type of pull once before, and that was hundreds of years before when he found himself on Earth with the other sins, and the pull was directing him toward Greyson.

He entered the main room of the store and saw a strange and hungry look on Greyson's face, and Elijah himself felt the same hunger eating him up. Shifting his gaze toward the customer that Greyson was staring at, Elijah had to compose himself so he didn't grab the poor human and take him back to the mansion against his will.

"Greyson?" Elijah asked, earning a guilt-filled look from his beloved.

Greyson thought that he was the only one feeling the pull, so he felt horrible guilt for having attraction toward someone that wasn't Elijah.

"Hey, beautiful," Greyson said, embracing Elijah when he bounded over to his beloved.

Elijah stood on his toes and leaned into Greyson's ear. "I feel it too," he murmured, glancing back at the confused human. "I think this is the piece we were missing... the hole in our chests that couldn't be filled. We have another beloved!"

Greyson calmed him down, asking Elijah to compose himself before turning to the customer. "How can I help you today?" he asked, holding his hand out to shake the man's. "I'm Greyson, the owner of this establishment."

The dark hair, grey eyed boy took his hand in return with a ghost of a smile. "Levi," he said, his gentle voice making Elijah nearly coo at how adorable he was. "I'm looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend."

Elijah gasped. "You're what?!" he exclaimed, making Levi jump back. "Why?!"

Levi was confused, and he backed up, obviously nervous and confused. "I'm... uh... because I really like her," he murmured, but even he didn't seem to believe his words. "We've been dating for two years."

"And we've been dating for over one hundred," Elijah grumbled in a voice that only Greyson could hear. "And we're actually in love. We don't just 'really like' each other."

Greyson pinched Elijah's side, a clear warning to stop his attitude. "Sorry, he always gets like this when beautiful, young men say they're looking to get married. You've got your whole life ahead of you!" he said in a smooth voice, smiling when Levi visibly relaxed.

"I was worried I'd done something wrong," Levi said, forcing a smile. "So, um, can I see your engagement rings?"

"No," Elijah muttered.

Greyson glared at his beloved. "Knock it off, Elijah," he warned. "If you don't want to be friendly, you can go sit in the break room."

Elijah was livid that Greyson would let their mate look for a ring for someone that wasn't either of them, but he pursued his lips and shut up, willing to do whatever it took to stay around Levi.

"Here we have a few 1.5 carat rings, and I'm not sure of your budget, but-"

"I don't care about the price," Levi said, determination on his face. "I just want a ring that will get her to say yes."

Elijah could hear the pain in Levi's voice. "You love her that much?" he asked, wondering how he could sound in pain if he loved the girl he was buying the ring for.

Levi didn't say anything, but he nodded.

"Why won't you say you love her?" Elijah pestered, but Greyson stopped him.

"Elijah, last warning," he scolded, pointing at a ring in the case. "Well, this one is gorgeous and won't break your bank."

"Isn't five thousand too cheap for an engagement ring?" Levi asked.

Elijah smirked. "It's the perfect price for a future divorce."

"Elijah!" Greyson exclaimed, grabbing Elijah's shoulder and pushing him toward the break room. "Break room, now!"

Eyes welling with tears, Elijah shook his head. "That's not fair! Nothing I'm saying is wrong!" he whined, grabbing the back of Levi's neck and scaring the boy.

Elijah let go and was pleased to see that his brand had been left on Levi's neck. He saw Levi tense up and grab his neck, touching the tiny "E" left on his skin.

Humans couldn't see the mark, but any supernaturals could see it and recognize that the human was branded and already taken by someone else.

"Ow!" Levi exclaimed, rushing over to one of the many mirrors Greyson kept in his store, but he didn't see any mark. "What the hell was that?"

Greyson could see the tiny mark, and his hands itched to leave his own right next to Elijah's, but he wasn't as envious or impulsive as Elijah tended to be, so he held himself back.

"I'm not sure, are you okay?" Greyson asked, peering at his neck and acting like the mark didn't exist. "I don't see anything there."

Levi shrugged. "I probably just imagined it... maybe getting scared because I wasn't expecting him to grab me," he said.

Greyson laughed. "He's very handsy... I'm really sorry about that, I don't know why he was acting like that," he lied, tearing his eyes away from the mark. "Are you still interested in purchasing a ring here?"

"Yes, I think I'd like that one," Levi said, pointing at one of the most expensive rings.

Greyson raised an eyebrow. "That's a fifteen thousand dollar ring," he said, and Levi nodded. "All purchases are final."

Levi glared at him. "Will you just sell me the damn ring?" he asked, the bitter tone and sudden mood swing reminding Greyson a lot of Elijah.

"I'll give you fifty percent off," Greyson said. "That'll be seven thousand five hundred please."

"Why are you giving me a discount?"

"Uh... you're our thousandth customer?" Greyson tried, and he could tell that Levi wasn't convinced, but he wrong the smaller sum on a check anyway. "Have a wonderful day, sir. I'm sure we'll be seeing you again."

Levi tensed up at the final words Greyson said. He seemed like he wanted to say something, but he decided against it, shaking his head and departing the store.
