"Levi!" Fredi exclaimed, hugging Levi once he put on his apron. "I haven't seen you in a few days! How was your weekend?!"

Levi pushed Fredi off of him, but there was a small smile on his face. Being with Elijah and Greyson had made him into a happier person and he could tell that Fredi loved his new and improved attitude.

"It was nice," Levi said in a soft voice, thinking back to the date and intimate moments he spent with his beautiful soulmates. "How was yours?"

Fredi wasn't used to Levi asking him questions in return, so he flashed him a bright grin. "It was fantastic! I called the travel agency and booked a trip to go see my mother for a few weeks, and Rita offered me paid leave!" he exclaimed.

Levi's heart warmed at that. Their boss and owner of the cafe, Rita, was always so kind and helped her employees out of tough situations. They hadn't seen her much lately because she was visiting her daughter every day, as she had just had a baby, so Fredi had taken over as the shift manager.

"That's great, Fredi," Levi said, thankful that business was a little slow since it was the slow hours of the morning when everyone had gotten to work and ended the early rush. "How long has it been since you've seen your mom?"

Fredi paused to think. "She hasn't gotten citizenship yet and I had to stay here for a couple of years so mine didn't get revoked so I'd guess a little under three years," he said, his eyes falling a little. "I call her every night, though, so it's not that bad."

"I'm sorry," Levi said, knowing that Fredi was trying to laugh away his sadness. "You'll see her soon, though."

"Yes, I will!" Fredi exclaimed, going back to his normal, chirpy self. "May I ask you a question, Levi?"

Levi nodded as he washed out an empty milk jug and threw it into the recycling bin.

"Are you... what's that word?" Fredi paused, thinking about the word he was trying to use. "A male who fancies males?"

Levi giggled. "Gay?" he asked.

Fredi narrowed his eyes. "Is that the word? I thought that meant 'happy.'"

"It did a long time ago but now it means boys who like boys," he said, sitting on his stool at the register. "Is it a problem if I am?"

"No, of course not!" Fredi exclaimed. "I was just curious because for a while a girl came in to see you and now a boy comes to pick you up."

Levi picked at a loose thread on his long sleeve. "Yeah, my girlfriend broke up with me but I didn't ever love her," he said, tracing the long scar that laid under his shirt.

Fredi hummed as a customer walked in. "Do you love your boyfriend now?"

Levi's heart sped up at the words, but not from fear. Instead, it was from excitement.

"Yeah, I think I do," Levi responded, and Fredi smiled at him sweetly as Levi took the customer's order, whispering to himself, "I think I do."

Elijah had been in an irritable mood all day.

He'd spent his valuable time cleaning Greyson's office and then he saw Greyson openly flirting with a customer. It didn't matter to him that it was only to sell an expensive ring; Elijah was pissed.

And then, during the lunch break, Greyson was too busy to fuck him!

After their first intimate moment with Levi, Elijah began to feel more comfortable having sex without both of his soulmates in the room. Because while it was about the three of them, it was also about Elijah and Levi, Elijah and Greyson, and Greyson and Levi, because they all had different connections that made their relationship the amazing thing it was.

But, no, during the lunch break Greyson said he had to work online and order new gems, and while Elijah understood it, he was angry that Greyson valued his work more than he did his jealous soulmate.

Elijah knew that if he had pushed Greyson that he could've got what he wanted. However, the rational and not jealous part of him knew that Greyson needed the time to do his work and Elijah refused to ruin his soulmate's night by forcing him to work later because he couldn't get it done during the day.

The knowledge that he did the right thing didn't stop or ease the jealousy and irritation that Elijah felt. He tried to perk up by the time he got to the cafe to pick Levi up, but when he walked in, his eyes started to glow green with envy.

Some idiot was flirting with his human.

It was clearly one of Levi's coworkers, and they were both laughing and enjoying each other. The situation wouldn't usually bother Elijah, but the coworker had his hand on Levi's shoulder and looked at him with dazzling eyes.

Elijah stomped up to the register with a tight jaw, and he could tell that Levi caught sight of his eyes, because he stopped laughing, his face pale.

"Are you done?" Elijah asked, his voice a lot meaner than he meant it to be.

Levi glanced at his coworker who gave him the okay to leave, and Levi vanished to the back, reappearing with his bag moments later.

Elijah wrapped his arms around Levi, holding him much tighter than necessary. His demonic side wanted to take Levi home and mark him up so anyone that looked at him could see the hickies and know that Levi belonged to someone else.

"What's wrong?" Levi asked, not fighting against the grip but knowing something was wrong with Elijah.

"What's wrong?!" Elijah scowled, releasing him as they got in the car. "Greyson's been flirting with stupid customers all day, he was too busy for me during lunch, and then I come to pick you up and you're flirting with that stupid guy you work with!"

Levi hadn't seen much of the jealous side of Elijah yet, but now that he had he didn't like it.

"I wasn't flirting," Levi said, keeping calm because at least one of them needed to be levelheaded. "That's my friend, Fredi. I'm not attracted to him whatsoever."

Elijah calmed down at that, but his eyes still had a small glow to them. "You only like me and Greyson?" he asked in a small voice, his jealously melting into an insecurity.

"I promise," Levi said, grabbing Elijah's hand.

Elijah took a deep breath. "Good," he mumbled, still annoyed but calming down as Levi rubbed his hand.

Once they got home, Elijah dragged Levi to their bedroom and put Oatmeal in the hallway. He pushed Levi backward until he was falling on their bed with Elijah on top of him.

"You're mine," Elijah growled, attaching his lips to Levi's neck and biting the skin there. "Stupid coworker."

Levi climbed up onto the bed so he was more comfortable, and Elijah followed right after him, kissing Levi passionately.

"Bet that stupid coworker can't kiss you like this," Elijah said, biting Levi's earlobe. "He can't please you like I can."

Levi scoffed, but it ended as a whine when Elijah licked a sensitive place on his neck. "He's straight," Levi said, but Elijah ignored him and continued to kiss along Levi's neck.

"Don't care," Elijah grumbled. "He was touching you."

"He's a touchy person!" Levi exclaimed.

"I'll cut his hands off."

"Don't be jealous of Fredi. He's a nice person! Don't you want me to have friends at work that I can rely on so I'm not lonely?"

Elijah pursed his lips, sitting on Levi's lap but no longer as angry as he had been. "Well... fuck. Of course I want you to be happy at work and not be lonely," he said, frowning. "I shouldn't have taken out my irritation on you."

Levi sighed. "I appreciate the apology, but I don't mind how you like to take things out on me," he said, pulling Elijah down so he slipped and was sprawled out on Levi. "It's pretty hot."

"Oh, okay."

Elijah kissed him firmly, sliding his hands up under Levi's shirt and grabbing at his nipples and the soft skin on his hips.

Levi moaned, putty in Elijah's hands. He felt himself growing hard as Elijah bit all over his neck, but Elijah refused to touch him or offer friction.

"Elijah, do something," Levi begged, but Elijah ignored him. "Please!"

The door to the room opened making both Elijah and Levi look over, Elijah not caring and Levi embarrassed until he saw it was Greyson.

"Damn, what happened here?" Greyson asked, smirking at his two soulmates. "Did somebody get jealous?"

Elijah glared at him, covering Levi's body with his own. "Don't act like you didn't know!" he growled. "You ignored me all day but flirted with your costumers."

Greyson huffed and sat down on the bed, but Elijah kept glaring and moved himself more so over Levi so Greyson couldn't touch him.

"Love, you know I have days where I have to work during my break," Greyson said, pulling Elijah away from Levi and setting him on his lap. "I didn't mean to ignore you."

Elijah huffed, settling into Greyson's chest. He could act annoyed, but it was clear he enjoyed the attention.

Levi sat on Elijah's lap and kissed him, trying to reassure him. "We'd never ignore you on purpose," Levi promised, watching Elijah's eyes flutter close as he basked in the affection.

Someone knocked at the door, making all three groan in irritation.

Paxton pushed the door open, holding Oatmeal in one hand. "Can you idiots invest in a cat carrier? She always bothers me when you three are busy doing whatever it is you do," he said, putting the cat down on the bed. "Master Alastor is on his way, too. We need to discuss the celebration of this year."

Both Elijah and Greyson suddenly looked very excited, something that made Levi happy but also scared him a little.

"What celebration?" Levi asked as Greyson sat up, sliding the two off of his lap.

Elijah grabbed his hand, ignoring Oatmeal when she hissed at Elijah for touching her Master. He dragged Levi down the hall with Greyson on their heels.

"Don't worry, Levi," Greyson said as they entered the dining room. "Master Alastor will explain everything."
