Judas sighed, their hand twitching nervously occasionally making their cuff chains clatter on the metal table. Before long finally a security guard and scientist step in carrying the Duffle bag and a pulling in a small cart. Causing Jude's hand to pause and move under the table as much as they could in the cuffs.

"Well. It seems Congrats are in order, every test has come through, you are in fact Jude Storm, legal gender, nb, Medical, Male, Sexuality, Pan, Age 21... Everything's been adjusted correctly I believe?" The scientist asks with a soft smile as the guard steps over and uncuffs Jude freeing them. "I can say I was a little skeptical with that hair it's a bold display but... No known mutation strands. C-levels are high, but I was told that is normal for you Storms." She says half asking half telling and Jude nods. "Yeah... What you get when your Ancestors take a brunt force of the event, I guess..." They say absently as they eye their bag. "Oh, your stuff is clear... the lock box did have a strange book... but journals are allowed to be kept private until you give us a reason." She says and smiles. "Well aside from the oddities you brought we went ahead and brought you a new updated Visor. The one you were given by the security group you met was far out of date... but you said you liked the goggle style, so we got you a new set and transferred files over." She says as the guard sets down a pair of new black thick rimmed goggles with blue tinted lenses Jude gives a silent thanks as they pick them up and wrap the strap around them tightening them to a snug fit. "In terms of starting your life off here. we've arranged you to stay with family during your probationary period. And your job application has been accepted as a teaching assistant for the Cerebrum. And you'll get your first Ration payout soon so you can get out of those older clothes." She says and finally looks him face to face. "Welcome back Home Jude. Is there anything else or are you ready to reunite?"

Jude thought for a moment sighing as they stood up and grabbed their bag. "I think I'm ready. "The scientist nods softly and smiles motioning for Jude to follow. As they walk down the clean corridors Jude adjusts the straps on their bag fiddling with the strap out of nerves more than real adjustment. They had experience socializing and They weren't alone out there... But this was different. What would people say about them just appearing... Was Regi still their best friend... Was Alice and their mom going to accept them or were they just a part of a bad memory now? As they reach the final clean arch, they take a deep breath before stepping through letting the mist clean them before reaching the civilian exit. Looking out the small window in the door at Regi's dad Mr. Davenport. But beside him was Alice. Clearly her even in all that armored up garb and the years of distance between the last time they saw her and now.

Jude took a soft breath and opened the door. Stepping into the transit station fixing the strap of their bag before looking up to their welcome party Alice and Jude May have been twins if not for the faint tan on Jude and Their dyed hair. But their body language spoke volumes both stiff and hiding in themselves the tension of what should they say or do visible... The Sergeant decided to cut the Tension and walk over Alice slowly following and took Jude's hand pulling them into a soft hug. A light gasp from Jude before they hugged back, followed by Alice joining as they all shared a group hug Jude sniffling lightly. "I... I never thought I'd see you guys again..." Jude said between light breaths. They stayed silent for a while. None really knew what to say. But the hug was enough to convey the feelings of them all.

After what felt like forever the hug dissolved and Alice was the first to speak. "I can't. I can't believe we are together again. I didn't think I'd see you after this long... How did you survive out there?" She asked her eyes a bit red from soft tears. Jude gave a half smile before speaking. "It's a long story... I was lucky that dad had a plan when he took me. We met up with a Sanctuary. For most of my life I stayed there. They were decent to me. Especially after he died." they said with a soft, numbed pain on their face. "But, hey I'm okay. Got a clean bill of health. Our usual Storm Spark." They joke, referring to the extra C energy that Storms had inherently.

"Yeah, I'm glad you're okay. I have so much to tell you..." Alice said with a soft warmth wondering what they will think about Judith. "Yeah, I'm guessing some of it has to do with mom or Regi not being here." they asks curiously. Both Alice and the sergeant glance at each other with him giving Alice a soft nod. "I'll explain on the way home... come on. We can all hang out later?" She asks the sergeant smiles. "Yeah, I should get back to work. I'm glad your back kiddo." He says giving a soft hug to Jude then Alice before leaving into the building.

Jude and Alice walk to a waiting automated hover cart and get in Jude sets their bag in the back and looks to Alice with a light smile. "So... Mom and Regi are okay right?" They ask softly as they start to move. "Uh... Yeah, moms fine just. Need to prep her for all this... It took a lot of years of work for her to not think she failed as a mother entirely... She had some, well a lot of trouble and I want to break things down slowly." "And... Regi?" They asked looking down at their hands as they fumble with their thumbs. "He's... Not so great right now. Last year a big attack on a supply train happened he was there and got hit in an explosion... He's Alive... Just, has been keeping to himself since his recovery. But hey, maybe seeing you will help him come out of his shell. You two were always together as kids." She says placing a hand on theirs to try and comfort and calm them getting a smile from Jude. "Yeah, I'd like to get to see everyone."

"There is one person I'm excited for you to see..." Alice said warmly smiling. "What? Are you married so young?" Alice scoffed lightly and smiles. "I'll have you know I'm aromantic and proud peter Pan" She jokes getting a chuckle out of Jude. "Oh gawd... I thought I was safe from the Pan dad jokes..." They say happily "big sister Pan jokes are just as bad." She says warmly with a light chuckling tone. "No... But I got approved to have a daughter when I was 18. I was at a party one night and... well things-" As she speaks Jude cuts her off. "I know how the story goes. But damn I mean I'm excited to meet her." They say with a warm smile.

The rest of the trip is mainly spent going over Jude's situation. They would stay with Alice for the duration of their probation if they broke to many rules or committed a crime not only could they be more easily kicked out or punished but Alice could be punished for letting it happen. Jude also checked and had gotten their early pay, roughly 6,000 points. The Ration system was based on 100 being barely surviving for a day, surviving but not truly living as humans would call it. So, it wasn't bad but not a huge amount.

"Hey, I need your contact info on here." "Oh, family is pre added just check in contacts... I'll send you Regis and Alexanders though... Just give Alex time to tell Regi about you." Jude nodded as Alice moved her eyes along her display, a message from her appearing on Jude's goggles with the contact number. "There we go." Jude mutters as Alice's Display lights up. "Received 3000 Points from Jude Storm." "Hey why the heck did you do that, you need to buy shit." She said curiously and slightly annoyed. "I don't need much... A few civilian outfits, A suit for work, and some basic food... I'm used to living minimal. You got to take care of a lot of mess because of me with mom and your daughter probably... Plus your all dressed for work and yet not working... I'm probably eating your time off or paid time off so it's only fair." They say looking softly at Alice. Who just sighs softly but nods. "Fine... But your family if you need anything call me and I'll give you some points..." She says softly accepting it. Jude nodding happily in agreement as they pull into the shopping district. A large underground set of levels meant for procuring all forms of things the first and second floor dedicated to necessities and the lower levels to less needed or simply wanted items that can be purchased legally.
