A little rundown of things and a synopsis since no one hardly ever reads the descriptions.

In a somewhat post-apocalypse world, the government has vanished and everyone is on their own. Military seems to have vanished as well, and monsters have started to appear out of nowhere. In all this mess, so far one person has been found to have powers. Could there be more like him? And just what are these monsters? They seem intelligent but why is that?

Areas of living are called Sectors, areas within Sectors are called Sections. 

There are many Sectors on every continent(number may change depending on the continent.), There is a mile or so of open space between Sectors. Each Sector has nine Sections, each Section is for certain groups. Each Section has a leader

Section One - Leader of the Sector and His/Her family and Officers(like police)

Section Two - Cotton field tenders, and silkworm sanctuary(people who water and pick the cotton and care for and keep the silkworms safe.)

Section Three - Vegetable and fruit fields and the people who tend to them.

Section Four - Farmland for animals and the caretakers for them(Each Sector has at most a dozen adult animals, and makes sure that they all breed so that there won't be a shortage of meat for eating.)

Section Five - Turns the cotton into clothing, and makes silk and uses it for clothing. As well as Grocery stores.

Section Six - Butchers

Section Seven - Caregivers/Nannies

Sector Eight and Nine - Hunters and Warriors
