Read Who is the Lady in Red? :: Myths

They both begin rifling through the book and find a page, with a picture, of something that looks very similar. The red skin, the horns ... everything seems to be a match.

GARGOYLE: It seems you have some history, and not many believe you are real .....

LADY IN RED: That would explain all the shock and disbelief ....

GARGOYLE: No, I think that would be because a red skinned, naked demon lady is walking around the city .... Even to me it's jarring .... It says there has been a myth about 'The Devil Woman' for centuries ... Unfortunately it seems somebody spilled something on this, the rest I can't read ....

She stands disappointed, and then her tail knocks down the book shelf.

GARGOYLE: We should probably leave ....but before we do, I'm taking this .... Apparently there was a TV show about Gargoyles, I need to see this!

They both take off, leaving a mess and a massive hole in the roof.

GARGOYLE: So, what next?

LADY IN RED: I want to live a normal life ....

GARGOYLE: Well, good luck ... it may be difficult given your situation .... Everyone around here seems to have some kind of work they do, and apparently they get paid .... So, you know, give it a shot ...
