In Chapter 15, One-15 must face a member of the race that is laying siege to his home-planet, the Donts. He also learns that technically, the planet of Nextuus has already lost a war to the Dont Empire, and is now effectively under their 'protection'.
Needless to say, he isn't a big fan of this news.
