Yeah, definitely not ideal...
I'm sure trying to be taken seriously in the world of rock music wasn't easy for Izzy, as it's dominated mostly by men. It has happened to me in other circles, and I think to many women around the world. If you want to be heard, you have to be louder than the men around you. If you want people to acknowledge your experience, you have to be twice as good as any man.
(which, by the way, is stupid because gender is a social construct -not all societies divide people based on genitalia and related traits- and it doesn't speak of a person's abilities, but let's not get into that today...)
And you always find guys like Eder, who have never had problems being seen or heard and are, to be honest, a bit self-absorbed and entitled. But also you find guys like Haize and Kepa ^^ Let's see if their influence makes a difference here.
Because harmony is a must for any team, even more when you are doing music. The members must be in sync with the others, so... will they make it?

Izzy looks so tired of that crap but still giving a solid speech in response. Yes, it sucks so dang much to be confronted by such condescending people so convinced they are right and that you are wrong/overreacting/dramatic. They have to learn the hard way or their own way, if ever.
