Ashton could hear someone calling his name, "Ashton, look!" his aunt chimed from the passenger seat of the SUV.  As he opened his heavy eyelids to look for whatever his aunt wanted him to see, Ashton looked ahead of him through the windshield and he saw a sign about half-a-mile away from the moving vehicle he was inside of. The sign had read "Welcome to East Bay City!"

"It's just a sign with a hyacinth Aunt Millie, what's so special about it?" Ashton asked in a groggy voice, still trying to wake-up fully. "Silly boy, this is the city where you'll be living and going to school at!" Saud the middle-aged woman with a laugh, "Oh, well in that case I guess it's cool to see the sign. I also REALLY just want to get out of this car, I think I'm loosing my legs at this point!" Ashton shouted dramatically. Ashton's phone started to ring with a familiar sound of a popular song he listens to on repeat, he was getting a call. "You going to answer that, Ashton?" his uncle asked, "Oh, uhm well I haven't spoken to her in a while so I don't know what she'll think of me." he nervously laughed. "Oh! Is it Clara Williams? Wasn't she your bestfriend back in grade school?" Ashton's nosy aunt questioned. "Uhm, yeah..but she moved during the beginning of Junior High so we haven't seen each other since." he replied as answering the call. "Hey, I don't know if you meant to call but it's nice to know you still have my number." Ashton begun with, afew seconds after he finished saying that, a female voice that belonged to a familiar girl his age answered with "Hey Ash! It's been a while and I saw on your mom's Facebook account that you're moving into your Aunt's and Uncle's in East Bay City!". Ashton could only laugh because nobody has used the shortened version of his name in years, "Yeah! We're actually not too far from their home, you sound so excited, why's that?" he wondered, "I live here in East Bay City! What school are you going to attend? I attend East Bay Academy, I hope we will attend the same school OR atleast get to hang out like old times!" Clara squealed. Ashton knew that it was only a matter of time until she had become her old annoying self, but he missed having her around and her annoying him was something that he hasn't dealt with in  almost 5 years. He covered the speaker of the phone and questioned his current gardians, "Hey Aunt Millie, Uncle Owen, what school will I be attending?" of course he was praying that it would be East whatever the hell Clara said, he wanted to be reunited with his bestfriend after so long! "We plan on sending you to East Bay Academy! It's a private high school that's a 5 minute walk from our apartment." Ashton's uncle shot back as an answer. He threw his phone off the speaker and yelled into the phone, "WE'LL BE ATTENDING THE SAME SCHOOL! CLARA WE'LL FUCKING SEE EACHOTHER AGAIN!" Maybe cursing really loud wasn't the best option, since his Uncle and Aunt haven't seen him since he was a toddler, they didn't know he was the type to curse, I mean come on, he looks so damn innocent!

After talking to Clara for another 10-15 minutes, Ashton hung up because he had finally arrived at the luxurious apartment that he will be staying in. "Wait, you guys live here!? In THIS!? IT'S LIKE A MINY MANSION, MY GOD!" he hollered. His aunt signaled him to shush since it was 1:34 AM and most likely, their neighbors where asleep. Once the three of them had gotten inside, he was told his room was upstairs and that it was the one with sage green walls. He loved that color so he was already happy to know his room would have it. His room was really nice, he had a window that led to the roof that would slide open, a day bed right in front of it, along with a dresser, a wall mounted TV, and a desk with an attached bookshelf. He was in absolute awe, he'd never been so spoiled, and that was probably because his parents don't make much money. Turns out, he had a loft above his desk and bookshelf, he assumed that was for if he invites friends over. He unpacked all of his belongings and decided he just wanted to sleep, he changed into his sky blue muscle tank and camouflage running shorts. 'It's not pajamas, but it'll work' he thought. He climbed under the weighted blanket on his bed and drifted off to sleep in the matter of minutes.

This is what Ashton wore to sleep.

Further into his trip, Ashton got an unexpected phone call from his childhood bestfriend, Clara Williams! Turns out, she lives in East Bay City where Ashton's Aunt & Uncle live. But what if Ashton didn't expect to attend the same school & what if he didn't expect the apartment he'll be living in to be THAT luxurious!?

Ah, isn't it just wonderful to wake up to the annoying sound of noisy people honking the horns of their vehicles at one another? Yeah I didn't think so, because although most people in the city are used to it and don't take it to heart, Ashton, who has only moved into the city recently to stay with his aunt and uncle in their luxurious apartment, absolutely can't stand the sound. Atleast he doesn't need to rely on his phone for alarms! But what could go wrong? Lots, lots WILL go wrong! But what if moving into the city and starting at a new school wasn't so bad after meeting a certain someone in the hidden game room in East Bay Academy?
