Ace muttered softly trying not too draw attention to them.
[Kid 3]: What! I didn't hear you say it to our faces!
[Ace]: How... did you even find me...
Ace finally deciding to look at them but with a glare.
[Kid 3]: You dare glare at you-
[Kid 1] We saw you stumbling around and I had remember how much we hated you... You were so so easy to spot, but you're so stupid you didn't even notice.
He said with a smirk and a laugh.
They could hear a distant bell ring
[Ace]: Well... break is over and I think you made your point so I'm gonna go...
Ace said in a firm tone and tried to walk past them.
But Kid 1 had other plans, so Kid 1 grabbed and pulled Ace's arm and slammed him against the wall.
[Ace]: What... the hell.
Ace said while getting irritated and scared not only for himself but for his mother, if he misses class he'll have to go to detention and he won't be able to check on his mother.
Colen and Atlas were best friends at the start of middle school. One day, Colen felt a familiar gaze, one that he'd rather forget.
