The hord quickly starts attacking, and Dracula and The Devil Woman are forced to be allies for now, and in the midst of the battle, something happens that makes it clear how to stop this. They keep fighting them off, but they keep coming, and it seems like they are set on destroying these two inparticular, until the spear end of the tail impales one of them, through the heart.

DEVIL WOMAN: Wait ... That's it ... Killing these mutations requires my tail ...

DRACULA: So, start killing them ....

The massive fight continues, and The Devil Woman continues using her tail to eliminate them one by one, and as they are impaled, they return to their human forms. Dracula quickly makes his escape so they won't see him, leaving The Devil Woman to be confronted by the now normal humans.
