As soon as I reached downstair and I head towards the exit of the apartment , there I could see few corpse lying around … elderly woman who maybe weren't fast enough to run away ,  kid that head nowhere to be seen , pregnant woman that weren't able to escape , all of them are people that are living in this area … this is truly a tragic disaster …

However I have no time to mourn for the death as I myself maybe like that if I'm not able to escape this … As I run start running away , I notices strange things …

[Where are all the monster ? It can't be …]

The young man starting to realized the answer to his suspicions … and so he start looking towards the sky , and he could not believe what he's seeing …

Lots of big monkey-like monster could be seen on top of the buildings … those monster grabs onto the roof while their other hands are full with corpse … they eat and rips those corpse as if it were some sort of snack with their long and sharp fang .

And the bad feelings that I felt were right all along … those monster are waiting … they are waiting for their prey on top of the high ground … and now … I am their target … instead of just capturing human directly and destroying buildings … these beast are playing around with us …

Suddenly the ground which the young man on are starting to shakes due to the impact of one of the monster jumps onto the ground . It causes concretes on the floor to destroyed due to the impact . The young man starting to realize this … that the area in which he lives are now turning into a hunting area for the monster .

"You fucker … you wanted me to run aren't you …"

The big monkey-like monster starts nodding as if it could understand what the young man is saying , and all the monster on top of the building are eerily smiling and roars as if they are enjoying the scene .

The young man starts smiling like a lunatic and shows those monster his middle finger .

"Fine b*tches come and get me !"

The young man as if responding to the challenge pissed off the monster because on his face were neither the face of scared or despair .

He start running as fast as he can towards the abandoned road , he could felt the monster are chasing him towards a fast speed .

I consider myself as someone that are quite fast due to me never skipping my leg day , but these monster are on a whole level , even if I just keep on running forward I won't be able to run away from these monster then … I just need to outplayed them .

[Luckily for me only one monster chasing me …]

The monster are starting to get closer to the young man , he could feel strong pressure of air coming from behind of him , as soon as the monster tries to capture the young man with it big hands , the young man suddenly took a turn towards a small alleyway onto his right .

[Good timing … all those training I've done might been for this moment …]

He took a breath of reliefs because the big monster couldn't enter the small alleyway , but as he start moving forward he starts to have a bad feeling . He looks behind him and he could see the monster are roaring while it's hand are trying to reach out onto him but only its claw are able to enter but it is not long enough for it to catch the young man . But in front of him are big eerie eyes peeking onto the alleyway …

[Is it checkmate for me …]

The young man starts to assess the situation for him , monsters are waiting on both sides , even if he gets out of the alleyway , who knew how many more monsters are waiting for their prey …

[Where the heck are those awakeners …]

The young man thought while waiting in the middle of the alleyway , but then he start to realized something , he could heard sound coming out from garbage dump on his side … He immediately tries to open it to confirm his suspicions .

Inside of it he could see a man that wore a uniform of an Awakener Police , a middle age man with a grumpy looks on his face and a man could be seeing holding onto two young kid onto him . There are three garbage dumps around him and so he start checking the other garbage dumps too .

"Oi close the lit back ."

He could heard an old man voice as soon as he start checking on the other dumps .

The second dumps he check are full with 6 slim woman inside of it which makes them shocked and screams then he close it back to mute it and the third dumps have 2 seemingly big woman and another one with small stature that is a familiar girl inside of it .

"Shit … is the crazy man …"

The familiar girl muttered .

"The trash girl … fancy meeting you here …"

The young man said that as he tries to enter the garbage dumps while pushing the girl away … but the girl resisted due to the full capacity .

"There's no space anymore for you , you bastard ."

The foul mouthed girl tries to stop him from entering .

"I know I can fit inside , let me in !"

The young man tries to force his way inside .

"No your too f*cking big ! You can't fit inside !!!"

The foul-mouthed girl resisted once again .

"I am not that big ! You're the one that too big !"

The young man tries pushing the girl away .

The two woman that are watching them seems to blushed watching them arguing and fighting .

But suddenly a cracking sound could be heard from the alleyway entrance … the young man could see the monster are trying to destroys the corner of the building so it hands could enter it .

Panic and despair could be seen on the women and the girl face .

"Tch … It's no use … even if I hide here now …"

The young man gave up trying to enter the garbage dump .

The girl that resisted suddenly shouts to him as he gave up .

"Oi bastard what are you doing enter this now !"

The girl that was trying so hard to resisted him to enter are now suddenly shouting at him to enter the garbage dump .

The young man looked at the girl with a puzzled look , not knowing what to say .

Then the young man closed the lit of the garbage dump as if he gave up .

But what could be seen in his face are neither despair nor fear but rather a smile showing up .

"Everyone I'm sure your listening to me right now … Even if you keep hiding there you won't be able to escape the monster …"

The young man starts talking towards the people that are hiding .

"What do you mean by that ! If you wanna die go die alone !"

An old man voice could be heard .

"Y-yeah , It's your fault the monster are coming here ."

A shaky voice of man could be heard .

"If you doesn't come here , we would all be able to survive ."

A woman voice could be heard .

"Yeah that's right … but have you guys realized ? Even before I ran to this alleyway … all those monster are on top of the buildings around us … which means they have been seeing you guys hiding in here … and they have been surrounding us and just playing with us … In the first place … how did you all gather in this alleyway in the first place ?"

The young man starts to question them .

"I was chased here by those monkeys and then found a hiding spot here ."

"Y-yeah me too …"

"I don't think I would reach the shelter while those monster chasing us so I ran towards this alleyway ."

All of them gives off similar answer , those monkey-like monster have been chasing everyone here as if leading us towards this alley .

"B-but if we keep waiting here , Awakeners will come and save us ! If you didn't attract their attention like you did we would all be survive ."

A shaky voice of man could be heard .

"Y-yeah ."

All other voice supporting him .

"Well that is if you still alive that is …"

The young man provokes them .

"Neo-ogle tell me , how long does it took for Disaster Rank A would be cleared …"

The young man start asking towards the A.I Voice search on his device .

"Approximately 10 hours to closed the Dimensional Cracks and 24 hours of search required for clearing Stray Monster ."

The A.I on his phone replied .

"It's only been around 20 Minutes since the warning and for this monster that knew where their prey is , it won't be an hour for they to get hungry and starts hunting us and destroys the building ."

The young man starts scaring the people with his word .

"W-what are we gonna do about that then … we're all doomed either way …"

A woman voice could be heard .

"I think I have a solutions … I think there are more alleyway that are being used like this place , my deductions are that they are playing and stocking their food which is us … and it seems like some of the monster are starting to get hungry and impatient of wanting to eat us just like this bastard ."

The young man say it while looking towards the monster that tries to dig the alleyway .

"Neo-ogle , show me the area of myself until the area of closest shelters ."

A screen starts appearing in the air showing a map of his place .

"The closest shelter are in 490m away from you , do you wish to navigate to the shelter ?"

The A.I shows accurate information on what the young man needs .

"No , but send it to all device near me in Silent Mode due to emergency Disaster Rank A ."

Normally it would have been impossible to do this but technology have been improved and A.I capabilities are now able to act this way due to unexpected disaster like this , so A.I will have access to another device to send information regardless of privacy .

"Also send this voice recording to them …"

The young man have looked towards all the alley that have possibilities of people hiding , and also the accurate locations of Monster .

In total there are 31 of big monsters around me according to the map . there are also 6 alleyways which can be used to hide , monster are mostly on top of the building while some patrolling on the ground and two of them are very close by to me .

People might call me crazy for this … but I figured out a way out of this by using just my smart A.I phone . In the end even if we hide , we would still die if we do nothing , the Awakener Police hiding here shows that these kind of monster isn't the type where it could be kill easily . Even if we wait for Awakeners from strong guild to come , we might not be able to survive this before that time .

[It's do or die anyway , well if I'm gonna die anyway , I better off die like a hero hehe]

The young man shows a smug while he thought of dying like a legend .

"Tell them , to run towards the shelter as soon as I use The Monster Radio Frequency ."

The Monster Radio Frequency is a feature on latest smart A.I phone which normally being used by Awakeners to attracts monster attention , with this most frontline Awakeners could taunt the monster without having the abilities needed for taunting .

"Listen you all ! If you want to keep on living , as soon as those monsters start chasing me to the opposite direction of the shelters , run as if it's your last towards the shelter !"

The young man shouts his message to everyone around him .

The young man runs directly towards the entrance of the alleyway which one monster tries to enter , but there he saw a pattern of the monster , and he timed it perfectly so he could jump outside of the alley way .

"Set Monster Radio Frequency to maximum !"

A loud electromagnetic sound could be heard coming from the young man device , and speakers that are installed for announcement of warning in the area are also spreading electromagnetic sound that are pointing towards the young man .

All monsters around the area are starting to agitated , and rage towards the origin of the sound , and the one that are being the target now are a young man , with long wavy hair and bangs covering his eyes , a fit body and an average height of people around his age .

His name is Zenonias and this is the beginning of his crazy story of him defying his fate !

"Let the sh*tty game of lunatic difficulty begins …"

Zenonias smiles while looking towards the sky which monster start jumping with rage to the ground .
