Cole asked in a panicked voice.

[Ace]: Yes...It's just... I'm sorry, for scaring you, and putting you in danger for my sake...

Ace sob as the guilt set in.

[Cole]: It was nothing, I been thought way wores and...

Before Cole could finish he just dove in and gave Ace a hug.

[Ace]:  ...urk...

Ace mumbled as he layed head onto Cole's shoulder.

Cole put his cold hand on Ace's head and knew the jacket was cheap when he felt Ace's tears go through it.

Once they finally got to Ace's home, Ace ran inside while not even closing the door, leave Cole awkwardly standing there.

[Ace]: Are you okay mother, I'm sorry I'm late!

Ace said while running thought towards her room.

[Ace]: Thank god...

Ace said sobbing while looking at his mother eating an apple with peanut butter.

[Ace]: huh?... " You know, you overact a lot." 

Ace read it wile smiling and tearing up more and hugged her.
