This one is a bit more than personal for me. In regards to doing art, everything that I learned was that you need to be original and have a vision if you want to be a great artist. I am a self-thought artist and each day was a struggle to think that what I do is just an imitation of what others did before me and not the real deal. I say otherwise now, doodles are great and also accessible to all. So pick a pen and enjoy some good quality shitty art. It’s yours love it.
Also, following trends is not the crime of the century, just don’t lose yourself to it. Make something of your own.
