So, technically, if the protection against water he has for his robots is having deactivated sprinklers in his factory, that means those robots are not waterproof... (otherwise, why would he deactivate the sprinklers,right?).
That's it, I'm calling the Mad Scientists Syndicate. And I'm sure they'll be delighted to hear that one of their members created an army that CAN'T FIGHT WHEN IT'S RAINING! I mean, come on, how do you want to conquer the world, or even just a country, when you're done for as soon the weather stops being good?
