He pulled away, brows still somewhat frowned as I stood frozen in place and a second later... I punched him in the jaw. Gamer stumbled back a bit, looking up at me as I turned my back to him and started walking away "I may not know what happened between you two, but I'm sorry" he somewhat yelled as I froze "I'm sorry for what he done... but I know for sure there's a reason for why he did what he did" he continued yet I ignored him. "Go home" I coldly told him "But-" "Death knows Sovanna, get him to take the stone back to her" I told him before climbing up another building's fire escape and running off.
After I passed a few streets, I landed on a building and slid down the fire escape, landing down in the alley. I leaned my back against the wall, trying to catch my breath as the memory of what happened just a few minutes ago replayed in my head over and over again, almost like a broken record. I lifted my hand, brushing my fingers lightly over my lips before I covered my mouth. I fell to the ground, eyes closed tightly....

(Angel's Pov)
I poked my head round the corner, seeing no one in the corridor whatsoever. I hesitantly stepped out into the next corridor, slowly making my way down towards the next corridor.
Today, I'm supposed to be on guard shift the entire day and right now, I'm supposed to be changing posts with another guard but also... trying to avoid someone. Gamer's supposed to also be at the palace today for another 'training lesson' with Jackal and I know I could just avoid going near that area of the palace to easily avoid them but... I have no idea where the Hell Jackal and Gamer are within the palace. I don't know if they're inside or outside, so I've kinda just been walking around the Reaper Wing like this the entire day.
I peaked around another corner, looking around and seeing no sign of the fallen, signing and walking out... I've finally it to the main entrance, also known to be part of the 'Palace's Heart' where I'm supposed to switch over- "Wha'ca doing?" a voice behind me asked as I jumped, quickly turning around to see Julieta standing with her arms folded and a smirk on her face. "The hell- what was that for?" I questioned as the princess laughed a bit "Sorry, you were trying to be all sneaky and I just couldn't help myself" Julieta answered as I glared at her "Not funny" "It's a little funny, especially since the only reason you're sneaking around is because you're dodging a certain fallen angel" the princess smirked as I started stuttering. "I-I'm not-" "Nice try, but you're still not a good liar... yet" Julieta stated as I angrily signed, walking off towards the post I should've been at over twenty minutes ago yet the Flare Princess herself decided to follow me "You know... this could be your chance" "Chance at what?" I angrily questioned her. "An actual descent chance at love?" the princess suggested as I came to a dead stop "Wh-what?" "That's why you're dodging him, isn't it?... that's what you fear" Julieta stated as I froze up "Your past holds nothing against you yet you can't let the horrid past events keep you from something you truly deserve" she continued. "He's not like everyone else from the past, plus he's an angel... what's the worst he can really do?" I closed my eyes, tilting my head down as Julieta placed a hand on my shoulder "...knowing the real me" I quietly answered "Hey- no, you are a sweet, kind and amazing person, there's nothing wrong with you whatsoever" the princess stated I opened my eyes a bit, right before Julieta caressed my face and tilted my head up a bit to look up at her. "You are perfect, inside and out" Julieta stated again, placing both hands on my shoulders "Just try and see how it goes with Shadow, alright?" a few seconds later, she walked off, back down the Flare Wing of the palace as I hesitantly turned and headed towards the post I was suppose to be at by now.
Give him a chance? Is she being serious?
Only one angel-demon couple has had success within all realms and existence, and that's a demon prince and angel princess. Any other relationship between demonic and angelic celestials either fails or is deeply frowned upon... that type of 'change' is still in process of being properly accepted by all. In the past, any fallen angels who manage to survive the fall from Heaven is either killed or 'used' by whatever demon or devil finds them... fallen angels are somewhat the 'lowest of the low' in both Heaven and Hell, no ones cares about them.
A relationship between Gamer and I wouldn't last a minute. There's no exact point in trying when it's guaranteed a hundred percent failure.
(No One's Pov)
A black motorbike sped from Sreeburn and it's dead-ridden traffic, cutting in and out of lanes at a dangerous speed before eventually pulling up at the brightly lit-up popular casino. On said motorbike sat a guy with a blackened helmet, it's edges lined with toxic green. He wore a dark grey t-shirt with black leather jacket over it, dark worn out blue jeans, pitch black boots and black leather fingerless gloves. The guy got off his motorbike and took off his helmet, revealing his paled yet healthy skin, his dark brown spiked hair and although they were pale ice blue eyes, they constantly glowed a bright toxic dark green. The guy held his helmet under one arm, using the other to shove the bike's keys into his pocket before digging out his phone, reading a text to double check that he had the right address. He shoved his phone into his back pocket then sat his helmet down on the seat of the motorbike as his fade faintly glowed green, waving it over the bike before turning towards the buildings doors and daring to head inside. Casino games and tables were crowded with greed sinned and soon-to-be losers whilst booths and tables were filled with many types of demons and devils happily drinking, celebrating excuses and taking away yet just stepping through the front doors, he got whiff of the strongest demon scent he's ever came across. The scent was so strong it was almost intoxicating, he was pretty sure that it was stuck up his nose. He couldn't dare to describe what it was like either, but what he could get from it was a warning... that he was now on a very dangerous person's property, a person he mustn't dare to piss off or offend in anyway.
He walked all the way up to the bar, leaning against it's counter as June turned her head towards him "Can I get ya something, love?" she asked "I'm looking for someone named... Danzell Leonzio" he stated, only just struggling to read the name off his phone as June laughed a bit "Sorry love, but I haven't heard that name in years... my guess is that the guy's already long dead" she told him. The guy signed with his eyes closed "Right..." "Ya sure I can't get ya a drink or something?" June questioned as the he looked back at her "No, that's fine... I don't drink anymore" he stated before walking away from the bar and back out the door of the casino. He pulled out his phone, typing something before sending it to the current 'Unknown Number' that had texted him long ago.
Unknown Number #591
Once you find him, deal with him in a quick and clean
manner. I'll send through the money now.
Target is untraceable.
Would you like me to rewire the money back?
No need, keep it. You've earnt it anyway.
I'll deal with the matter myself.
The guy walked over to his bike, seeing a devil admiring it "Hey dude, sweet ride" the devil complimented as the guy didn't bother looking at him "Thanks-" he paused midsentence as the devil held a gun to his head "Give it" the devil hissed as the guy rolled his eyes. In one swift move, the guy grabbed the devil's arm and punched him in the face before throwing the devil to the ground in the matter of seconds. The guy glanced at the devil's hands, seeing burn marks from failed attempts at stealing his bike. He glared down at the devil "Don't fuck with another celestial's bike, especially one of the Beast Wing Rule" the guy spat before undoing the protective spell on the motorbike before putting on his helmet and getting on his bike before driving off.
